Now that we have arrived at the fall season and with the upcoming winter season ahead, I really needed to get this outdoor electric heater for my husband who has to work outdoors a lot of the time. We tested it and we are very impressed with this item. It provides good heat, it’s easy to set up, and as a bonus, it’s even waterproof! It comes with a tripod which just very easily. Very nice.!!

This makes a nice addition if you like to spend time out on your deck or patio during the fall/winter or even for heating a small building or garage. It heats up super fast with no noise. The only thing you have to do is decide whether to use it mounted to a wall or with the tripod. The pictures in the instructions could have definitely been better. I initially found it difficult to figure out how to mount it to the bracket for the tripod. The heater bracket has a couple of built in stop tabs to prevent the heater from moving past those points with a total movement range of 90 degrees. When installed per the instructions, the 90 degrees would end with the heater pointed straight down, which I did not like so I have it mounted upside down on the tripod bracket. Now the stop in the lowest position has the heater facing straight out and facing straight up at the highest position. You can tighten the screw on the heater bracket with the included allen wrench (two would have made it easier) to lock the heater in a specific location. It does come with a remote, but the heater does have to have the main power switch turned on for the remote to turn the heater off and on. If you loose the remote, there is a button on the side of the heater where you can turn it off and on. Unfortunately it does not have a built in thermostat or display of the current environment temperature. Overall not a bad little heater.

This is a good quality outdoor heater. Perfect for winter. Easy to set up. I like that it has a remote. It works really well on my porch to keep us warm when we're outside enjoying being outside.
