The pictures appear to show 2 racks, there is only one. The Air Fry "Basket" isn't a basket. This is an upgrade to the one I had that was not "Air Fryer", it lasted a long time. The dimensions are also off in the description of specification 24" is really 22". Other than that, it is everything i expected pre-heat is much much quicker. If I want two racks I can use the one from my old oven. The french doors seem tighter than the ones on my old oven. Oster will always be my "Go To" when it comes to counter top appliances. First, it's an oven. It's going to get hot. They all will. I mean no disrespect to other reviewers but - duh! Second, I struggled with whether to buy one with the double doors. That's a win too. This is my third countertop oven in 24 years. I find that the smaller double doors take up less space than the one door that pulls down so for me it's more convenient. I have roasted chicken and other meats, vegetables, pies and other desserts. Basically, anything you can do in your large oven you can do in this thing. Just remember, as with all countertop ovens you will need to adjust the temperature down just a bit because of the distance between your dish and the elements. Many reviewers complain about all these ovens burning food. I promise. It's not the temperature control. It's the heating element's proximity to your dish. Just reduce your temp 25 degrees and you'll be fine. Now, the size. Just a few more inches has given me the ability to cook way more items than with my old countertop oven which is why I bought it. This is not a true air fryer but the fan is sufficiently strong to get pretty darn close. I do have two complaints. 1. I wish the fan was a little stronger. 2. I wish it came with two baking racks. Last, it also works great just as a low heat warmer. All things considered it still deserves five stars since I don't have a 4 1/2 star option. TIP: Put a cooling rack on top of your oven if you are making more than one thing. It makes a great place to keep items warm without burning them if you use a rack to avoid direct contact with the oven. ... show more

This oven is not only attractive after many months of use, but it is extremely easy to open it with the french doors. The air fryer works perfectly and it heats up very quickly. I usually pre-heat it for about 5 minutes when using it for baking. The only reason it didn't get a "5" is because I find it a bit difficult to set the knob on the exact heat that I want the oven to be set at since it is not digital like my old oven was. I wish they had made the notch in the dial a dark black rather than having it be the same color as the stainless steel so it would be easier to see. That being said, it is extremely easy to clean this oven with the removable tray on the bottom and I found the tray that you place under the air frying rack to be very useful since it catches the drips if I use any olive oil on the air frying rack. ... show more

Love this toaster oven, this is the 3rd one of this kind we have bought over the years! With heavy use they still last us about 7-8 yrs. Excellent quality, easy to use, food tastes great! [food is tender juicy on inside and crispy on the outside - Love it!] Highly recommend.

    • Doesn’t work long term
Bought this a year ago. It worked great for about 10 months ever since the it cooks very uneven and takes 3 times as long. I bought warranty, have contacted Oster directly twice and still have no heard anything back. Don’t buy it unless you want to have to buy another one a few months later.

This thing gets HOT....really, really hot. You cannot place anything on top of the oven unless you are trying to keep something warm. Anything sitting close to the oven will catch the heat. I had a small tea cannister sitting adjacent to the oven about 12" away and it got really warm. It is noiseless, which I appreciate, and I like the way that oven looks. The manual dials are really cumbersome, hard to see the temperature, hard to see the time----and the timer only goes to 1 hour, so you need to be around to reset it if your meal goes beyond one hour. For the long run, I wish I had gotten the digital model---these are just too hard to see and set correctly. Seems to work as intended on all functions, the doors are great and open/close just as they should. Overall, the quality is good and it seems to be durable enough but in retrospect, the digital makes more sense and an oven that runs over an hour would be great. Hate to think I am going to put my Thanksgiving turkey in to cook overnight and have to get up every hour to reset the timer......Hmmm. Decent value but there are other ovens on the market that may be better suited for long term and versatility. And the fact that this thing gets so incredibly HOT. I have it sitting angled in a corner so there is plenty of breathability, but I am truly concerned about the cabinets overhead ---the cabinets are actually very warm to the touch when this oven is operating. Would I purchase this again??? No. Gets too hot, all manual dials that you cannot see well, and the timer only goes to an hour. Too many options on the market to settle. ... show more

Literally the only toaster oven you can easily fit a full size frozen pizza in. I've got a jankey LG oven that works half the time so I reaorded to being the toaster oven master chef. This is one of the deepest largest capacity toaster ovens in production.
