This inflatable soccer ball costume was such a hilarious and fun purchase! I got it for an event, and it was an instant attention-grabber the moment I put it on. The design is exactly what you’d expect—big, round, and totally over-the-top in the best way. It really looks like you’re walking around inside a giant soccer ball, which makes it perfect for parties, Halloween, or themed events. The costume inflates pretty quickly with the built-in fan, and it stayed inflated the whole time I wore it. Once it’s on, it’s surprisingly lightweight and easy to move around in, though visibility and mobility are limited (which is expected with inflatable costumes). The material feels durable enough for multiple uses, and the seams held up well without any issues during wear. This is a fun costume, that’s for sure. But there are a few design changes that need to be made to make this fit people better. The arms and legs are sturdy elastic cuffs which were okay on me but uncomfortably tight on my hubby. If these were adjustable it would be a bit better. The costume inflated within a minute or two, but fan itself is pretty loud, and also seemed to grow a little tired after being on for about 10 minutes. You need to be careful of the zipper since it’s the fine tooth kind and the way it’s seen it could catch on the fabric if you’re not careful. This costume is extraordinarily fun. It makes you grin the moment you see it. This will absolutely fit most grown adults. It's easy to assemble, insert 4 AA batteries into the power pack, clip it to your waistband or belt, plug it into the attached fan with the included USB cord, put your neck through the head opening, put your arms through the wrist holes, zip up the back, and it self-inflates in a couple minutes. Inflated the costume maintains its shape as you move but isn't particularly restrictive. IThe fabric is durable as well. One person can certainly put this on by themselves, but it's easier with a second set of hands.
