I love this water cooler!! Great price!! The only thing I would change, is the light I would have it where the cold is dispensed instead of the hot water and the room temperature water I don't use them as much. Otherwise this is a great water cooler and ice maker I highly recommend it!!

Living in a small apartment means every inch of space is valuable. I lately decided to replace my old water stand and my clunky ice trays with this water cooler dispenser with ice maker. It is a 4-in-1 setup and it is basically a miracle for my tiny kitchen. I do not have to choose between having ice and having room to prep food anymore. The slim design is exactly what I needed. I just got it and have been testing it out, and the ice production is remarkably fast. Those little bullet ice pieces are perfect for my reusable water bottles. I love how the touch panel looks on my counter—it gives the whole place a more upscale feel. I use the top loading feature with the five gallon bottles and it is very stable. I do not feel like it is going to tip over or anything. The fact that I can get room temperature water is a big deal for me because I do not always want something freezing cold. I use the hot setting for preparing my oatmeal or warming up drinks. The cold water is what I reach for when I need something to quench my thirst immediately. Room temperature water serves me well for taking medicine or just plain sipping. The bullet ice comes in handy when I make smoothies or want to cool down my juice. The touch panel lets me choose exactly what I need without guessing. The child safety lock is set on the hot water side to keep things secure. Two stars because it does dispense water. Minus 3 stars because the ice maker (which is why we bought this model) is horrible. Actually, it does make ice sometimes, but there is nor freezer. So unless you are right there at the moment the ice drops, it melts and just leaves a mess. The Vine reviewers should be ashamed. I now know that Vine reviewers are only giving positive reviews for free stuff. 1 star really, but I will generously give 2.

I am always on the go and trying to keep my water intake up. Lately, I found that having this water cooler dispenser with ice maker right in my mudroom has been a huge help. I can fill up my giant gym bottle with cold water and a ton of bullet ice in seconds before I head out. The ice maker is surprisingly quiet and it just keeps cranking out ice all day long. I like that it is a 4-in-1 machine because sometimes I just want room temp water for my protein shakes. The touch panel is very responsive and I do not have to press hard to get it to work. I just set this up and it is already a core part of my fitness routine. The top loading design makes it easy to see when I am running low on water so I can swap the bottle out. I have not had to buy bags of ice once since I got this, which is a huge win for my wallet. My energy levels feel better because I am actually drinking enough throughout the day. The child safety lock is a nice touch even though I do not have kids, just for when my nephews visit. It is very sturdy and does not shake when the compressor is running. I would give 5 stars but there was no information about the ice needing to be transported to your freezer. It made a full load of ice and I left it there not knowing I needed to put it into the freezer. Make sure you empty the ice holder out otherwise you will have a lot of water to clean up in the bucket. Will need to find out if there is an easy solution to clear the water out. The ice is great though just load it up into your own freezer after a couple hours.

Running a small shop means my crew needs access to water all day long. Lately, I put this 4-in-1 water cooler dispenser with ice maker in our break area and it has been a huge hit with everyone. My guys are always grabbing bullet ice for their thermal cups to stay cool while they work. The touch panel is easy for everyone to use and it stays clean with just a quick wipe.
