    • Treadmill works great, but doesn’t work without a remote
I am between moves and I barely used my treadmill until now. However in transition, I lost the remote. I am having trouble finding someone to ‘talk’ to, to see how I can get a replacement. It will turn on with a switch, but it won’t run without the remote. I can’t figure out how to get real customer service for this item. This does exactly what I wanted, roll it out, put it in front of the tv and get my steps in. It only goes to 3.8 in speed, but feels fast enough. Love this and how it has allowed me to walk inside when it’s cold out and fits my small space.
