One thing all of these vegetable supplements have in common is vegetables. And, all of them that I’ve seen are the same size in those capsules. These are in a small tablet form. That’s the reason I chose these. Happy customer.

Repeat buyer right here. I have a subscription for these. You can take as many as 6 a day. I usually take these in the morning to start my day and will take too more at night if I am going to have a big mean. They barley have any taste and easy to swallow.

I've never ever been a fan of vegetables. Bleh. The ones I do like aren't diabetic-friendly, and outside the occasional salad, my consumption of greens is zero. As I've been trying to eat better and get my diabetic numbers better controlled, I thought I'd give this product a try. I've been happy in that at least it does seem to have helped some minor digestive issues I was experiencing and make for more solid #2. I feel like this is a good option to add to a person's supplement routine if like me, you have a less than healthy diet.

Been using Dr. Bo Kidney Cleanse formula. It has helped me improve the stress and discomfort in my Kidneys. I'm Diabetic and have to care for my eyes, Kidneys and liver as well as circulation in my extremities. I read an article in the last month about the importance of Spirulina in eye health, saying it's the key ingredient in their 'competitor product formula.' I was placing an order for my favorite supplements and and an ad popped up for this new product from Dr Bo. I added to my order and I noticed a difference in my eye site the first day I took it. I also take The Ocuvite products, Ocuvite 50 Plus and Arreds formula. FYI, Diabetics suffer from Macular Degermation. It is the deterioration of the receiver at the back of the eye that transforms the visual information entering the eye into pictures in your brain. No Macula = No Pictures in your brain = Lights Out. I urge Diabetics to contact their Health professionals about the best course of action for them. Some Doctors are open to these types of questions, and others are by the book offering only FDA approved remedies. Choose wisely. Read every thing you can find on subject. I'm not a Doctor of any kind, just trying to get people not to wait till its to late.

I think these give me more energy but im a not really sure. If you want to get all you greens in you better be eating regular natural food as well as this but it helps too. One thing I miffed about is that the bottle says you can get a free one if you go to their website- thats just a lie, no free bottle.

About 19 years ago I had a gastric bypass. I am a committed vegetarian of about 40 years, so finding a way to get enough photo nutrients usually found in colorful vegetables is important to me. I cannot consume the variety of fresh vegetables and fruits contained in these capsules. It's a great way for me to get what I need each day.
