I loved this vacuum until I didn't. Have had it since August 2022, use it once a week in my bathroom only, while using it today the canister part broke off from the stick. Waiting to hear from customer service, will update my review when I do. ***UPDATE*** Customer service was quick to respond, requested a video of the vacuum, they sent a replacement canister, works like a charm now. I am currently living in an on-campus apartment/dorm. This vacuum is good for dorm-size bedrooms. Because the dust storage is small, I do have to empty a couple of times to clean the entire apartment, but it is good enough for apartments like dorms. What I really like is the fact that this vacuum does not require drilling holes through the wall to hold it (as that would be impossible for students living in the dorm). the material doesn't feel cheap and it seems sturdy. ... show more

Had purchased the Dyson V8 before hand , and couldnโ€™t justify the purchase after it dying within 20 mins after a full charge . Got this one for 1/4 the price. Suction was so surprising to me! It picks up so much! I have laminate wood, and carpet in my apartment. And every time , I empty the canister, I am shocked on how much itโ€™s picked up! If your on the fence about buying it. Donโ€™t! Just a really nice little vacuum cleaner. It gets in and out of small spaces, does floors and carpets and the attachment tools are very handy for chairs and couches. Highly recommend.

Purchased an Orfeld 6+ months ago and have been extremely impressed with its performance, versatility, and ease of cleaning. I find that using the 'turbo' mode makes a difference in suck speed but overall it picks up what it should, and some.

9/3 - Update Received notification from Seller to clean the tube. No mention of oversight in listing this clean-up process in their instructions. Still love the vacuum but really dislike the design of the collection bin. I would be over the moon with this machine if you could simply open and dump the collected items. 8/11-Update Still like this little vacuum. In particular, the pivot head. One of the things I dislike...Emptying the clear bin.. I have 3 dogs and the hair gets packed into this little bin and around the blue filter. You have to use your hand or some other apparatus (I use a wood skewer) to remove the hair or take it apart to clean...every single time. Today, I noticed what appeared to be reduced suction. In taking it apart, I notice that the telescoping tube was "packed" with dog hair and dust. Nowhere in the instructions does it mention the possibility of hair accumulating in the tube. Is this a malfunction I wonder? Am I missing something here? Based on a recommendation from my sibling, I ordered this yesterday and received today. The vacuum was packed very nicely and I noticed that the overall feel of each component felt sturdy and not flimsy. It was easy to assemble and had partial power so I fired it up for a test. Wow, very impressive. I have 3 dogs who leave fur all over the hardwood floors. Every day I had to drag out my wet/dry vacuum, plug it in and drag the vacuum throughout the house which requires replugging into various outlets. Afterward, I have to partially disassemble to store. The sound of the vacuum is so loud it scares the dogs. What a pain. This product stores right on the wall, no breakdown is required, no cords....yea! It is quiet and sucks up the fur, and the swivel head really makes getting in difficult spaces so much easier. I didn't use the "turbo" yet since I didn't need it. It was also very easy to clear. Who doesn't love a product that makes chores less of a hassle? Yup, I can see that I am going to bond with this product very quickly. ... show more

I love this little vacuum cleaner. At first I didn't realize you don't hold the power button steady and thought it was defective.
