The bike is superior in so many ways to the fold-up 50 pound ebike it immediately replaced. I just added a mirror and a lock. ( see picture) Unpacking and set up was easy just see their videos if needed. The fat tires are nice for this senior as is the extra power. Remember this puppy is heavy. But extremely well made and thought out. The saddle bags are supper and weather protected too. I am over 200 pounds 6'2" and the bike is great for me... IMVHO... We live in coastal hills of North San Diego and if I use light #1 power to stay with the wife on her 50 pound fold- up Ancheer we also bought from Amazon, BTW, THE BATTERY LASTS FOR A LONG LONG TIME. Note that I use one battery is on at a time - lasts so great - that way. Anyway saw a price drop - so it it a hell of good deal... Cheers ebikers! Best wishes to all of you... ... show more

Was delivered on time and was complete easy to assemble, although the goose neck was assembled backwards. I had to loosen up the gooseneck and turn it around other that that it is a nice looking bike, can’t wait to ride it

    • Great bike for the price
Assembly was easy. Rides nice. Very attractive paint color on the silver bike. The acceleration takes some time to get used to. Only complaint is the seat could be a little more comfortable. I will probably replace it with a more comfortable seat.

Bought as a Christmas present, used only 3 times before return window closed. On 4th use, after return window, bike would not work, contacted customer service, super responsive, fault finded through pic sharing and sent a whole new wheel set free of charge very quickly, bike was back working in under 2 weeks Highly recommend based on customer support and very high quality frame design, it is very capable of carrying extra passengers etc ... show more

    • Broken promises
The bike seems to be working well. Very powerful. I can set my own cadence with pedaling, even tho my pedal speed doesn't effect the speed... That seems to be a function of the assistance level chosen. I was able to get 69 miles with both batteries being used, on level one. I deliberately took some steep hills to include that in my first measurement. I was able to do all hills in level one assistance, and never had to increase it to get up the hill. The one gear is sufficient. I had a bent/damaged rotor on the front wheel when it was unpackaged. Customer service immediately told me to take it to a repair shop and have it repaired. I was delighted with them at that point. They stated they would reimburse me within 48 hours after receiving a copy of the receipt. I have sent this info multiple times and they keep promising payment. It will be a month soon. I suggest you buy a warranty if you purchase this bike. There is no owners manual, so you are just guessing at the details of this bike's functions. After discharging both batteries, I attempted to recharge the rear battery. It would not sense the charger. I then charged the front battery with no problem. I then contacted customer service and they had no clue. I then attempted to charge the rear battery again. I was successful. It seems this may be a requirement. I did use both batteries in a series, so did not have to switch over when the front battery discharged. This is my 4th e bike, so I was able to figure things out. There needs to be an owners manual, as there is no tech support. Seat is comfortable, as are the fat tires. Motor is very quiet, but that may be because the tire noise is quite loud. Be careful assembling this bike, as it is easy to have the handlebars right and the wheel turned backwards...I rode it an entire day without noticing! This bike is HEAVY! Removing the batteries lowers the weight by 20lbs. For loading. I do an update if and when they reimburse me. Update in April: Bike is functioning well. Never got the reimbursement from the company. Thank goodness it was only $50. Front tire brake system still noisy intermittently... Not enough to take it back to the shop. Glad I bought it at the price on sale. ... show more

This bike has great power! I'm 6ft 300 lbs and this bike has no issues getting me around. The ride is quiet and smooth. There is a little shake in the front tire when at maximum speeds. I researched several ebikes on Amazon. This is the only bike at this price point to accommodate bigger guys. I had an issue with the brakes, seat falling, and the supplied tool bag. It's a really good looking bike, setup took about an hour out of the box and the directions were clear. Rides well and works as advertised! Customer service has also been good with follow up post purchase regarding warranty registration
