The couch is firm and comfortable at the same time. Due its white color it makes the room look bright. Including tax and shipping the cost was about five hundred which is a better value than many brick and mortar furniture stores. Size is big enough for three large people to sit on it comfortably.

The seller deserves 0 stars. After weeks of getting led on for a return process (and lied to), Amazon customer service picked up on the extended delay for resolution and called me to make it right—no thanks to this seller! Do not buy from them. Also, this product sucks! It’s incredibly hard, the vertical channeling is sewed so deep that you have to ensure your sit bones are properly hitting the same level otherwise you’re going to be in pain. The back is also not 19 inches, 17 inches at best. The pillows are so flat that they bend when you sit back and you end up against the hard back support. You get what you pay for. Unless you’re buying this for VERY occasional seating or a teenager who only cares about looks regardless of function, don’t do it!

It’s such a comfortable and cute couch. It looks lux for a good price. The back pillows (are not back cushions) are a bit weak. They could definitely be bigger to fulfill the look. I was able to put the couch together by myself and I’m a small human 5’2”. The biggest part for me is that it is incredibly comfortable. And looks nice. It’s also very soft. 4 stars only because the back pillows are small and not filled out.

I bought this couch about 7 months ago. It’s comfortable and has a great amount of space. It also only took about 40 minutes to put together (alone and I’m weak lol). However, the sides are connected by 2 bars of metal(?) that slip together (see image). So, if you rest or push on the sides of the couch, the pieces of metal disconnect and need to be reconnected. Good for a temporary lease/rent situation, but wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for something long lasting (or anyone with children or big pets really). Edit: The seller reached out and sent new bars to prevent it from falling apart. I haven’t tried them out, but it was a great gesture and I’m sure it would fix the only issue I had with the couch. So rating is changing from 3 to 5 stars.
