It checks all the boxes for what a weight bench should be. From bench-press to legs. Using my barbell & dumbbells, I get a total workout. You can see from the picture of my workout room, exercise is really important to me! And to make it really sweet, even though there are a lot of parts to assemble, the instructions are so good, that you’re not left with any questions about how to do it. I would give it 10 stars, if there were an option for that!

Product came very well packaged, instructions were super easy. It was step by step with screws and bolts separated by step. Not overly heavy and made of real metal in all the right places for durability. Still waiting on my barbell and weight but using dumbbells has been amazing on.

I got this for the Beachbody LIift More program with free weights. I’m just using the bench without the leg pieces or the bar, but love that I can add those in the future. I assembled it one night in about an hour. With everything, might take two hours. Very easy instructions because I never build anything! Strong sturdy materials!

Definitely make for shorter individuals. My husband is 6'4" and he had to cut it apart and raise it up 6 inches. Of course, this voids all the warranty. But to make it work for his height....

We bought this for our grandson who is in middle school. He loves it. Fits well in his room and he has been using it since we gave it to him for Christmas. Easy to put together and gives him all the exercises he needs for football and general fitness. Highly recommend.
