I have worked out at home most of my life and have gone through a couple of these weight benches.This one is by far the best workout bench I’ve ever used. It’s very sturdy and has an adjustable weight rack incline bench and preacher curl. It also has a leg curl and extension comes with a QR code assembly video.

This is a good quality bench for the price. Just know that the video shown is not this product! The video is what sold me because it showed multiple easy adjustments and while this is adjustable, it’s a different model that’s not so easy. The red brackets shown are not part of this.

I purchased this for my teenage son. He was impressed with all the things he could do with it. From legs to bench press. We do have a 5 ft bar due to limited space and it barely fits the rack but that was on me for not measuring. It was straight forward to put together. We did it together and it went smoothly. Definitely recommend.

This product is EXTREMELY versatile. Love it, there are so many variations and different workouts that can be done. Amazing. I just wish I had more room for it, other than that. This is an excellent choice if you want to work on strength training at home.
