I bought this because local gyms are super packed and everyone hogs the equipment so I figured this could be a good investment. However, Putting the pieces together would have been easier if they were all marked like with a sticker or something to identify part A, B, C etc. it was a bit confusing assembling it did took me about 2 hours. Could be confusing for us beginners and some nuts and washers where missing so I had to buy them separate. I am 5’11 weighing 215 pounds of twisted steel and sex appeal and I am unable to do the chest expansion, maybe for someone smaller it be no problem. For the leg extension the curl pad gets on the way as well as for the lying leg curl I had to remove it. When doing the preacher curl, I feel as if it’s too small and I don’t get that full curl feeling. This is a great piece of equipment unfortunately only smaller buyers would benefit from it. Storage wise is great as well because it folds but I have it inside my garage so I don’t bother folding it. The material is strong and the leather padding is good as well. Feels comfortable when I am bench-pressing but I do try to be careful with how much weight I add because it’s not a heavy duty piece of equipment like you would find in a gym. Still can’t go wrong for the price. Perfect for beginners as well.

Takes hour or so to assemble, instructions were ok. Really like the fact that it folds up out of the way when not using it. Also like that it comes apart into 2 pieces easily for moving around house or into garage etc. I bought a standard 11# weight bar & weights to go with it. Like the side weight lifts for pecs & the foot/arm weight lifts. 100# is all I can bench press since I’m 76 old geezer. Unit is very good value for the money. Very sturdy too.

This product was decently reasonable to assemble and a lot more than I expected. For starters, the bench comes with a rack for a barbell to rest on which is very convenient for bench pressing and simply storing the barbell in general. Second, there's a part at the end of the bench that you can rock weights on and extent your legs to do a leg press. This is a useful feature to work quads that some benches don't have even at higher prices. Lastly, the bench has two bars that you can add weight to on the sides, which allows you to curl them while laying down on the bench. In total, this is a sturdy product that is definitely worth the price and I will continue to use it.

This is a decent bench that does most of what I want it to do but nothing spectacularly. The biggest issue for me is the preacher curl does not allow for full range of motion because you hit the pads at the bottom. Leg extensions are ok but very uncomfortable for me. The bench adjusts easily and I like that I can move it around. I pair it with a rack for bench press or pull it out and sit at the end of it. I can flip around and do incline reverse flys.
