This product was decently reasonable to assemble and a lot more than I expected. For starters, the bench comes with a rack for a barbell to rest on which is very convenient for bench pressing and simply storing the barbell in general. Second, there's a part at the end of the bench that you can rock weights on and extent your legs to do a leg press. This is a useful feature to work quads that some benches don't have even at higher prices. Lastly, the bench has two bars that you can add weight to on the sides, which allows you to curl them while laying down on the bench. In total, this is a sturdy product that is definitely worth the price and I will continue to use it.

UPDATE***changed the original 3 star rating to a 4 star rating because the seller gave me money back via Amazon gift card Overall a good value for the price. Pretty sturdy. Being 6'2" it is just a bit small though. I ended up putting the bench on blocks so my feet didn't bottom out doing the leg extensions. That solved the issue. You also must completely remove the curling pad to get a full leg extension. It is also not possible to use the bicep curl portion with the arm pad. Again maybe it works better for someone of smaller stature. I just use my dumbbells with the arm rest pad. I do like the multiple angles for the bench. It's nice to mix up different bench press'. A 5 or 6 foot barbell fits best with this bench.

Preacher is useless. Deign flaw makes range of motion is completely limited to maybe 2-3 inches into a preacher curl. Feet r in the way for leg extensions so ur feet r against the feet of the bench.

This OPPSDECOR weight bench is like having a mini gym at home. It’s super adjustable, so I can do everything from bench press to sit-ups, and even leg extensions. The preacher curl pad is a nice bonus too. It’s sturdy but not crazy bulky, which is great for my small space. Perfect for getting a full workout without leaving the house!

I chose this weight bench for a couple of reason. First, the price was great. It allows for multiple muscle groups to be worked and doesn’t cost as much as other brands I’ve seen. The second reason, it folds up. My wife didn’t want me to get a weight bench because she said we didn’t have room. She begrudgingly allowed me to try this one out after she saw the pictures of it folded up. We were both surprised at how small of a foot print it has when folded up. It didn’t want to stay folded up, but I just placed an extra weight beside the bench in the folded position and it keeps it in place until I’m ready to use it again. The quality is great too, it’s much sturdier than I expected for the price. I’ll be checking out this brand in the future when I move and have more room for additional equipment!
