The sauna came in 3 large packages that included everything in it. 2 small persons were able to put it tougher without any problem using the video instructions. The electrical connections were also very easy as each wire is easily identified and connected. Once plugged into power it just worked flawlessly. It takes 20-25' to heat up from 65-130. I’m so happy with this purchase my wife and I set this up in about 2 hours and have been using it every day since no issues at all heats up 150 in about 25 minutes sealed very well looks great in the black also stereo sounds pretty good too floor heaters nice to have and ozenator is nice smells good dual controllers so glad to have them also red light therapy seams to be working my skin is looking much healthier would definitely recommend lot of sauna for the money! ... show more

    • Overall pretty good but temperature issues

Overall I'm happy with this sauna. Well packaged, arrived undamaged. Instructions could have been better but the sauna went together very well. Do make sure all plugs are firmly in on both ends. I thought one of the heaters was bad but the plug was slightly out on the power hub on top of the sauna. Main issue is the temperature. Advertises for and shows 150 as the top temperature in the display. But after being on for over an hour at max temperature and the vent closed, three separate thermometers i used showed the temp at a max of 127 even at the ceiling of the sauna near their temp sensor while the sauna display shows 150. Pretty disappointed in this but I still get a decent sweat session. Was hoping for a true 150. This just maybe all you can expect from 120v version. ... show more

Everything is as expected. We love this. It's beautiful as well. Heats up quickly, and performs great. Love the Bluetooth ability along with the red light therapy. It took us almost 3 hours to put together...not difficult, just time consuming. The difficult part was the small washers it came with didn't have an instruction in the book where they go. We did find the place for them in the list of pieces it came with, so we had to undo a few steps to be able to add the washers in. The other trouble we had was the plastic strips that go between the glass to seal it came bent and crooked and now we have some gaps there. I do plan to reach out to the company to see if they will send us new ones that are not damaged. We were hoping with a little time and heating up these may start to lay flat, but that is not the case. Otherwise, we love this and use it daily. ... show more

Great product! So well designed and beautifully protected in the 3 shipping cartons. My wife and I put it together in a couple of hours. I also installed a PlatniumLED redlight panel in it. Only down side was one of the heater elements was broken on arrival and one of the plastic protector for the door hinge was missing but I was able to replace it and installed it completely. First let me say that I gave it 2 stars because 1) It is a sauna, and 2) it does turn on and warms up. The bad is that it is not the item from the picture., But the number 1 issue I have with this is "safety". The description reads: [using a standard 15-amp converter to 20-amp, 120-volt plug powering 1990 watts-no special wiring needed], so yes, you can plug this thing in an outlet, but the 1990 watts that it uses will trip your breakers, if they work, or possibly cause a fire if they don't. You need a dedicated outlet with a 20 Amp breaker, and make sure the wire is 12 gauge. Good luck! ... show more
