This sauna box is perfect for home use. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. I have it set up in my basement under an air duct and still has space above. The set up was very simple. I opted to open up the fabric box and build within it because I knew it would be easier than assembling the cage then transferring to the fabric enclosure. The fabric seems to be very durable as it’s containing the heat and moisture really well. The windows allow steam to accumulate so there’s no watching TV while you’re sweating. The double storage boxes are convenient, it’s currently holding the extra piece provided for the hose. My only conce n is th durability of the zipper, I wish it was a little more rugged to sustain the taught pressure of the fabric, only time will tell how long it lasts. I’ve been in here 15 mins it’s about 96 degrees with 85% humidity and it feels great! Heat feels wonderful on my back post workout and the humidity accumulating on my shin takes some getting used to, I keep thinking it’s a bug lol I’m really loving this! ... show more

Sauna assembled very easily. Only problem is one of the glass panels was missing and one of the heating element bulbs broke after about five minutes of use. I have yet to hear from the company on replacement parts. Hopefully I get the replacement parts soon and I can leave a five star review.

Great product! So well designed and beautifully protected in the 3 shipping cartons. My wife and I put it together in a couple of hours. I also installed a PlatniumLED redlight panel in it. Only down side was one of the heater elements was broken on arrival and one of the plastic protector for the door hinge was missing but I was able to replace it and installed it completely. It is by far the best sauna of all the ones I have looked at. Customer service is excellent and all my questions were addressed quickly. ... show more

    • Heated fast and set up quickly!
First of all, this was not entirely free, we still have to pay the taxes. That being said, for a portable sauna system, this is well worth the money. We have wanted one of these for years. We considered getting a large one used, but decided to see if we wanted and would use one regularly. The last thing you want is something else to collect dust in your house. If you are wanting a sauna for pain relief this is a great contender. It has little things that I would like to change, but as of this writing, I like it enough. It does heat up quickly. It is very easy to set up. It isn't the prettiest thing to look at. But no one is getting this for looks. It works and is a functioning portable sauna. If you are looking for the benefits of a larger sauna and you want crazy amounts of steam, you need to bite the bullet and invest in a much larger unit. ... show more

    • Overall, this is a great buy
This is a great sauna/steam set up. It was easy to put together, instructions were easy to read and follow and it works well. I put it on the highest setting to warm it up quicker and then turn it down to 9, and then sit in that for about 20 min or I listen to my body. My sauna hat allows me to be in the a few minutes longer which is nice, but the zipper works well and can be closed easily when trying to rush in and not lose all the steam and I like that this is bigger than the one I replaced this with but please be mindful of the steam container, it is hot and when not thinking about it, you can burn your foot and then before you start, make sure you empty that, it seems like it takes longer to heat up initially if this is not emptied first. Getting it set up was easy and didn’t take long at all. From opening the box to having steam coming through, I was in and ready to go in under half an hour. The interior space is just right for one person, with a seat, and the height provides room to sit upright without feeling cramped. Once you start it, the steam output kicks in quickly and stays strong. You can hear the bubbling from the steamer. I tested the temperature with a thermometer, and the readings hit just over 100 degrees, hot enough to get a proper sweat going. One thing to watch for is where your feet go, since the steam outlet gets hot and steam is coming out, you will burn yourself if you’re not careful. The remote makes it easy to adjust things without having to get up, and the whole unit works just fine. Afterward, it cools down fast. It doesn’t take long to fold and put away. It takes longer for this to air and dry out. It’s a good option if you’re short on space but still want something that works. Overall, I’ve had good experiences with it so far and would say it’s a good choice for a portable unit. ... show more
