Super comfortable. Supports the back well and the price is hard to beat as opposed to other ergonomic chairs that are hundreds of dollars. Was very easy to assemble. Want to say it probably took 20 minutes total. The arm rests are not the most comfortable but I think it might just get some getting used to. I work from home and can sit on this for hours comfortably.

Assembly was straightforward and all the parts were included, though one of the screws didn’t fit as smoothly as it should have. I was tired of the faux leather chairs , always slipping around or wearing out arms. Didn't want to spend too much and this chair so far is a winner. I am 6' 2" and 225lbs. Spend about 3 hours a day at my desk..71 yrs old with the typical back/leg/neck issues. . I assembled myself in about one one hour. . T handle hex wrench really helped. . Also there were some extra bolts included. It is so much lighter than my previous chairs, and rolls great. The arms at first seem hard, there is no padding, but I adapted and so far they are comfortable. The gray color is almost an off white. But looks very nice and modern. For the price this chair is a good value.
