I was hesitant to try this trigger lock because we had been through three different biometric locks. I didn't have a lot of hope. The first lock I received, the biometric screen was dead. I reached out the customer service and they immediately sent me a new trigger lock. I've had this trigger lock for 3 months, I use it everyday when I take the lock off to put in my body holster on my morning walks. It works 100% of the time. It is gone this long without needing a recharge. And it fits my Kimber micro 9 perfectly. The lock is easy, reliable, and most importantly safe. We have taken it to the range taking my gun off safety and tried every which way to pull the trigger with the lock on it and it is secure. I feel much better having it in my purse with my toddler grandson around. If you are on the fence, do it. Trust this company and their service.

Works perfect. I was able to set up the new passcode then onto the fingerprint reader without any issues. It unlocks every time with my fingerprint as well as using the passcode. The pins on the lock securely sandwiched the trigger. The lock hugs my gun so that the lock doesn't move or wiggle. I did have to contact their customer service. I sent an email and Rachel at customer service resolved my issue quickly. Good that they stand behind their product.

Just got this today and am impressed. Fingerprint option is a bit picky but that could just be me. With the way the lock works with my shotgun all I have to do is pick up the gun and my pointer finger is right over the scanner making its opening quick and easy. The lock then falls out the back and all I have to do is tilt it to the other side for the other side to fall and I'm ready to go! Quick and easy under what will be a very stressful situation.

This is the second biometric trigger lock device I've purchased (for trial, it seems). On average, after about four weeks of programming two master fingerprints, the device would forget them, requiring that I use either the key or multi-digit code to unlock it. In fact, only about a month ago, I legitimately needed to access the pistol which this Onnais device was installed, only to realize that, once again, it would not unlock! Enough is enough. The best advice I can give, is to purchase a combination trigger lock such as the RioRand three digit combination trigger lock. No batteries, no fingerprints, no BS. Works every time! Since posting the above, the manufacturer refunded my purchase, and explained that there was an issue with my product that they've now resolved. However, I've not yet tried a new one to see if this is the case.

I love this trigger lock!! it holds a charge for so long. I’ve only had to charge it once since I’ve owned it, which has been almost a year now. The lock releases quickly and fits on my weapon just fine.
