Work great until it doesn’t
Updating due to great customer support. My feedback below is valid but being looked into by Onnias for future updated products. My lock worked perfectly for the full first year—smooth dialing, reliable opening, no issues at all. Solid product. Then, at the one-year mark, the biometric sensor suddenly forgot my fingerprints and refused to recognize them. With no access via biometrics, I had to reset the combination codes. I followed the instructions precisely, pressed the recessed reset pin—and it immediately failed. The pin detent snapped off and separated from the body; now it’s loose inside the mechanism. The lock is completely bricked: can’t finish the reset, old code doesn’t work, everything’s jammed. This wasn’t misuse. The reset pin should handle normal recovery without breaking. Instead, cheap materials or a flawed design caused it to self-destruct the first time I needed it. For a “durable, biometric + combo, user-resettable” lock, having the fingerprints die and then the mechanical backup catastrophically fail is unacceptable garbage. Steer clear of this model if you want something that won’t randomly forget your prints and then brick itself when you try to fix it. Now I’m stuck with useless junk and whatever it was securing. Extremely disappointing.

Next Level Protection!
Works exactly as I needed. I use it while my handgun is in my nightstand, and I appreciate the added layer of safety around the trigger. It’s easy to use, feels sturdy and well-made, and doesn’t get in the way. Overall, I’m very happy with it so far. The fingerprint option to unlock is amazing and you have options to adjust which you prefer. It’s quick and effective. Has some weight to it, feels sturdy. Love how simple it is to setup. Definitely would recommend.

The fingerprint recognition on this product is remarkably fast—unlocking happens almost instantly—and the build quality is solid, with no issues encountered so far. Works every time without fail!
I was hesitant to try this trigger lock because we had been through three different biometric locks. I didn't have a lot of hope. The first lock I received, the biometric screen was dead. I reached out the customer service and they immediately sent me a new trigger lock. I've had this trigger lock for 3 months, I use it everyday when I take the lock off to put in my body holster on my morning walks. It works 100% of the time. It is gone this long without needing a recharge. And it fits my Kimber micro 9 perfectly. The lock is easy, reliable, and most importantly safe. We have taken it to the range taking my gun off safety and tried every which way to pull the trigger with the lock on it and it is secure. I feel much better having it in my purse with my toddler grandson around. If you are on the fence, do it. Trust this company and their service.

DO NOT BUY. It fails when it's not urgent, so I can't trust it to be there when I need it
This looked great. Got a couple, set them up identically. One works FLAWLESSLY. The other showed no signs of problems, worked perfectly at setup. But then a week or two later, the fingerprint unlock mechanism failed with no warning-- I can hear that it recognizes my fingerprint, because there is a tiny whirring sound, but the lock does not disengage. The buttons or physical key still work to unlock it, meaning that it's NOT a mechanical issue with the pins or lock; but the whole point was to have near-instant biometric access WITHOUT a key. But if I entered my fingerprints correctly (i.e., I can hear that the lock knows I'm authorized) then it should do its job. The fact that it does not 100% reliably do its job during regular boring chill test scenarios means that I cannot trust it to work in a situation where I would NEED immediate access to unlock it. And the worst part is that its sibling (the flawlessly-functioning copy of this lock that I got at the same time) did nothing wrong, it works FLAWLESSLY but I unfortunately know that the malfunction/unreliability exists, and so I cannot trust either of them. Very very regrettable purchase.

Quick & Easy!!
Just got this today and am impressed. Fingerprint option is a bit picky but that could just be me. With the way the lock works with my shotgun all I have to do is pick up the gun and my pointer finger is right over the scanner making its opening quick and easy. The lock then falls out the back and all I have to do is tilt it to the other side for the other side to fall and I'm ready to go! Quick and easy under what will be a very stressful situation.
