  • Very impressive so far
Color: Black
Seems to be a very well constructed product. Three independent ways to open the lock; biometric / fingerprint, key, or combination. Rechargeable batteries included and installed upon receipt. The instructions tell you to charge it up for 4 hours. Owners manual states to recharge it every couple months or after 2000 uses. I will likely buy it again. ... show more

  • Works good.
Color: Black
I prefer to use combination trigger locks for safety but they are difficult to open during the night and an god forbid, an emergency, that's why I looked into this product. It is on the big and chunky side but fits good with no issues. I had a hard time programming it but a quick Utube video fixed that. Now I can use the keypad, key or finger print. I will be using the fingerprint 99.9% of the time. I use it for my issued Glock 19 without any issues. ... show more

  • I pick locks for fun. This is good quality for that cost.
Color: Black
Security is an illusion we all subscribe to. Is this product going to 100% keep an unauthorized person from taking it off site and taking a grinder to it? No. That's not its' purpose. If you need that, get a safe and properly mount it like a big boy. This is for that 12g sitting by the front door not being used against you in a home invasion. This is for the AR9 under the sofa with the magazine hid separate. It buys you precious Time. Time to disarm, Time to acquire alternative firearms. This is the Bare Minimum you should do if there are children in the home and you cannot afford a proper safe. This is what should come with modern handguns instead of those silly locks that can be undone with a hammer. As mentioned, I pick locks for fun. I have had numerous home quick safes, all must meet the standard that I cannot gain access to them. I am no Lock Picking Lawyer, put I am well above average. This could not be opened by me. From the Type C, to the better than most out there fingerprint reader, to the abnormal key type, this has security features I would expect to see from something three Times the cost. It fit on everything. Yes, if you mount it wrong it will still cause the trigger to be able to pull. Don't do that. Test, on a cleared firearm, to make certain that the fit is proper. If you cannot get this to fit correctly, then might I suggest reconsidering owing a firearm? This is part of the responsibility that comes with the possession. I bought one. Buying two more. ... show more

  • Fingerprint reader didn't work well enough to serve purpose
Color: Black
I like a lot of things about this unit, but was ultimately disappointed that it took something like 5 swipes to open. Maybe it's because I have dry skin and not-prominent fingerprints, but it didn't work for me.

  • Great way to safely store your firearm, a must-have for every gun enthusiast.
I'd say it's not that bad for the money, but it could have been better. Don't get me wrong, this Gun Trigger Lock is an excellent product that provides safe and secure storage for your handguns. It is designed with advanced fingerprint identification technology and keypad entry for quick access to your firearms in case of emergencies. The lock is fairly easy to install on your firearm. The compact size and versatile design of the lock make it ideal for use in a variety of settings, including your home, bedside nightstand, or even your car when traveling. The built-in rechargeable lithium battery is long lasting and practically eliminates the need for replacing batteries. The lock is of excellent quality, constructed from high-grade aluminum as it seems and made to withstand years of use. Setting it up is super easy and it has been working flawlessly so far. Note that you must first change the keypad password in order to be able to add fingerprints. One of the reasons why I bought this trigger lock is because of its fingerprint reader, which provides ultra-quick access in emergency situations. You can add multiple fingers, each finger is scanned 4 times for reliable unlocking. I've added all 10 fingers and tested unlocking performance and it's perfect - it does not matter which way to put your finger on the reader, it unlocks it 99% of the time. Very cool. Optionally, you can use a 4-digit code keypad or a regular key lock (in case the battery dies). Keypad buttons have "tactile" coding on them, i.e. "1" has one protruding small "bump", "2" has two, etc. that you can feel with your fingers so you can operate the keypad in complete darkness. But you can have only one "master" code on your keypad, so no sharing. So far only the good stuff, so why not a 5 stars rating? Well, because of the pins configuration and the absence of soft rubber pads to prevent wobbling and movement when attached to your gun's trigger. There are very thin rubber pads on both insides of the two halves of the lock, but they are by far not enough. When I put it on my Sig, I cannot securely compress the lock so it would stay put, it does not sit securely. Add to it the metal pins that are not protected with any sort of rubber caps, and you soon will have scratches all over your trigger guard and trigger. Not nice, not nice at all. I'm going to add extra padding from soft rubber inside the trigger lock and I'm putting shrink tubing on the pins. Hopefully, this will improve the lock, but the manufacturer was supposed to do it on its own when designing and testing the lock. Therefore, minus one star. *** TL;DR *** Overall, this ONNAIS Defender SE Biometric Trigger Lock is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a secure and convenient way to store their handguns. Its advanced biometric technology and durable construction make it an outstanding value for its price. It's definitely a worthwhile investment for anyone who takes safety and security seriously. But beware that the lock does not sit securely and wobbles when attached to your gun's trigger. Therefore 4 stars from me. +++ Pros +++ 1) Provides safe and secure storage for handguns. 2) Has a fingerprint reader for quick access in emergency situations. 3) Can store multiple fingerprints, each fingerprint scanned 4 times. 4) Fingerprint feature is very reliable, works every time! 5) Has a 4-digit code keypad or key lock option when required. 6) Keypad buttons have "tactile" coding on them. 7) Has a built-in long-lasting rechargeable lithium battery. 8) Made of high-quality aluminum, will sustain years of use. 9) Reasonably priced for its features. --- Cons --- 1) Insufficient padding to protect your gun's finish. 2) Does not sit tight and moves around when installed. 3) Only one master code for the keypad can be stored. ... show more

  • Great Trigger Guard
Color: Black
This 3-way trigger guard is easy to use and set up. It is priced very well and well made. I like that you can use either your fingerprint or code to open it quickly. I bought 2 and will order another for my 3 handguns.

Color: Black
Fits my Glock 26 fine with no wiggle room, tried on my Springfield 45 and it didn’t fit well but worked.

  • Doesn't charge from a usb-c charger, just from a USB type-A
Color: Black
It has USB-C port that is NOT usb-c compliant. Doesn't charge from a USB-C charger. Only a USB type-A (the 'old') connector. Funny thing, that would have required just one 1ct resistor connected to one of the pins. Sad, poor engineering. What a waste.
