Although the pictures in the description seem to suggest that this lock uses the TTLock system and apps, it doesn't. It can only be used with the Tuya apps, so if you are planning to integrate this lock with your existing TTLock system, you will have to look somewhere else since this lock will not be able to connect to your system. ... show more

We’ve had this for about a month and a half. It worked well the first month and now we get the repeated message “finger print error” and have changed the batteries twice in two weeks and it is dead again. Don’t waste your money. Buy the good old fashion keyed lock because that is what you will end up with but for much more money and failed technology. ... show more

Sometimes when I buy something online, it looks great in the picture but not so great In person. That is not the case with this lock it is better in person, it is beautiful a feels solid , made of good materials. There are multiple way to unlock you can assign to people, key tags, fingerprint, passcodes, temporary passcodes, voice passcodes, it connects to your phone as well Customer service is great I had a challenge getting everything to work I reached out and received immediate response to resolve the issue. ... show more

I cant return it but i would , the connection to wifi keeps saying time out , whatever that means and not connect only random times , and no has nothing to do with the router as i have a nest that has no problems ever . The keypad dont light the lock unlock button so you can see it in the night . Other than that the design looks good . ... show more

Locked works great... For about a month and then stopped working. Whats worst is they seem to have no customer support and I can't get anyone from the company to respond to me despite it being under a "warranty".
