I love the fountain. Bought it for my dogs and have found my two 7 week old kittens drinking out of it when in the living room for supervised playtime. After finding their water spilled again (probably an energetic night time play) I had to buy another one for the kitten den. The dogs also really seem to like the fountain. My two dogs along with visiting family dogs all seem to enjoy it and have no problems drinking out of it. I’ve only had to rinse the filter out once due to stuffing from a dog toy clogging it, but no issues what so ever. The pump is exceedingly quiet and unless you look over there and see the blue light and water coming out of the spout you wouldn’t even know it’s there. Overall, I love the fountain and I would recommend it for multiple animal household.

I absolutely love this product! I’ve had it for about a year now and unfortunately the motor gave out on me. I reached out to the company to activate the 2 year warranty, and a lovely human named Sue went above and beyond to help rectify the situation! Sue checked in with me multiple times throughout the process to make sure I recieved the new motor and to insure it was working. I don’t think I ever had to wait more than 8 hours for a return email from her. I cannot recommend this company or product enough!

LOVE THIS! Its amazing. I have 5 cats and the water lasts the whole week. I wash it once a week. Its very easy to take apart and clean, no weird nooks you can't confidently get to, each piece comes off easily and goes back together easily. The best part is that its SILENT. LITERALLY NOT A SOUND! We only hear noise when the water level is very low and even then you barely hear anything. I love this thing, what an amazing investment for the boys.

I bought this for my Golden Retriever pup, but he hates it and won't drink from it. It is nice and quiet, no complaints there. It's definitely big and I love that you can see the water level, BUT you cannot move the water spout. It goes in one way and that's it, so you can't move it or rotate it to have the water flow go to one side or another, no rotation whatsoever, it is smack dab in the middle. I think if the spout was movable/would rotate, it would be a better fountain. Also, the filter part is right on top in front and I think that discouraged my dog a little to drink from it as well. It's not in a great spot in my opinion. Again, overall it's not a bad fountain, but it does have it's limitations and just isn't the right fit for my dog.

Originally when I purchased this item it had arrived with a broken spout. The spout was cracked at the point it attaches to the bowl allowing an additional stream of water to flow. I had reached out to Sue on the Oneisall support team and within 24 hours (timezone difference) she had responded to me and for my troubles had sent me an entirely new unit. This is great considering good customer service tends to be a dying trait these days. Thank you Sue! Onto the product, the unit is extremely quiet, assembly is very straightforward and the stainless steel seems of good quality. The auto off pump feature for when the bowl runs low is a nice touch. I will also mention that for those who have sloppy drinkers, this bowl is shallow enough to limit some of the spillage. If I were to change anything about this product I would have added some additional holes to allow water to flow out from the plastic connection piece, this would allow for better circulation of water and force slobber/debris to move toward the filter inlet. As the unit is now, the water is circulated/agitated but in an effort to keep the unit quiet all of the flow is laminar. Overall, great product, would purchase again!

Purchased this fountain almost 9 months ago. My dog loves it! It holds ALOT of water. The pump quit working last week. My dog was devastated. I was dreading dealing with customer service. To my surprise when I contacted customer service they were very helpful. The company sent me a new pump under warranty. It arrived in less than a week. I love the simple setup. It is easy to clean.I would purchase from them again!

My two dogs have been using this fountain for a few weeks now. Overall, the quality is very good. It’s quiet, it seems sturdy, and it’s easy to take it apart for cleaning. The only problem I’m having is due to the gray piece of plastic around the edge of the drain hole. Pieces of debris that should be getting flushed down into the filter are getting trapped along the edge of that plastic piece. So the debris never makes it to the filter; it just sits in the dish indefinitely. Suggestion for a future model: the area surrounding the drain could be recessed slightly, so that the piece of plastic sits lower relative to the bottom of the dish. That way, the debris would be less likely to get caught along the edge of the plastic.
