Great fountain, holds a lot of water and keeps it very fresh. Filters are easily removed and cleaned, and it came with a few extra! Set up and instructions were very easy to follow as well. Got this for my mini Aussie but recommending it especially for bigger dogs

It doesn't hold 7L; if you fill it to the top, maybe it does hold 7L, but the max fill line is not at the top. Also the minimum fill line is not at the bottom and the unit turns off when the water level gets down to the min fill line. The amount of space from the bottom of the bowl to the max fill line is actually a little less than 5L; the actual usable space (from min fill line to max fill line) is even less than that. Other than that, I really like the fountain and so do my pets. The motor is absolutely silent; and I like the fact that it turns off instead of burning out when the water gets too low. It doesn't give much warning before it turns off, though. The blue & red lights are sometimes not very visible during daylight or if any room lights are on. I like how far it can be disassembled to be able to clean it all & get rid of moldy smells. The instructions for cleaning the unit are not complete. There's no mention about removing the fixture that holds the spout in place, and the first couple of times I cleaned the unit, I did not remove that fixture and it developed a moldy smell. Luckily, during the next cleaning it became a bit loose and I realized that it just screws on & off. Now, no more moldy smells. All the small parts can be soaked and cleaned well. I got this fountain because my 23-yr-old cat was making such a mess around the previous open water bowl sticking her paws in & splashing the water around in the bowl (and on the floor). I believe she was doing that to be able to see where the water line was. Now she seems to be able to see the ripples made where the water falls out of the spout. No more puddles on the floor & due to the filters no more dirty, hairy, furry water in the bowl. Big win all the way around.

Ordered on December 8th, 2024 and now in August the pump has stopped working. I've ordered a replacement pump. Otherwise we love this fountain. The noise level is very minimal. The stainless steel is easy to keep clean, filters are easy to replace and the design of the large flat top has increased the water drinking for my cat and dogs.

This fountain has been perfect for our Siberian Husky, she seems to enjoy drinking more water than she used to with a traditional water bowl. We had a slight issue with the light on our pump stopping working the first few weeks and Sue with Oneisall took care of us promptly and professionally and the replacement has worked perfectly so far. We’ve been very satisfied and feel confident we will be taken care of well if anything else comes up.

This fountain works great and is easy to clean. However, the filters are visible through the lid of the bowl. One of my cats had the sponge filter out and shredded in under a minute. Then he came back to play in the filter hole, splashing water everywhere. The way it’s designed, the water return resembles the swirling action of a tub or sink drain which is an invitation for a cat to play. Unfortunately, I had to return this fountain. *UPDATE* I am changing my review to 5 stars. First, I ended up keeping the fountain instead of doing a return (I just don’t use the round sponge filter and the little troublemaker that prompted my previous review finally chilled out about playing in the water by the end of the day.) because it overall is a great, easy to clean and use fountain. I have three cats who use it and it’s been good for three weeks between cleanings with a refill about halfway through. At cleaning time, all of the components just need an easy wash as there is very, very little to no grime build up on the internal parts. I change the filters at every cleaning which is a very reasonable timeframe. The second reason I am changing to 5 stars is that the piece that holds the plug-in cord broke off and I could not adequately repair it myself. I contacted customer support, explained the problem, sent a couple pics they requested and since they didn’t have replacements for just that part, they sent a whole new fountain as a replacement. All of this transpired within a week’s time. I appreciate the excellent customer support and how quickly the issue was resolved. I definitely recommend Oneisall for your pet needs as they do have quality products that they stand behind.

Purchased this fountain almost 9 months ago. My dog loves it! It holds ALOT of water. The pump quit working last week. My dog was devastated. I was dreading dealing with customer service. To my surprise when I contacted customer service they were very helpful. The company sent me a new pump under warranty. It arrived in less than a week. I love the simple setup. It is easy to clean.I would purchase from them again!

The stainless steel pet water fountain has been a fantastic upgrade for my cat. I love that the stainless steel is non-porous and hygienic, which means no slimy buildup and no lingering odors.
