I purchased this this clipper almost three years ago, June 2022. It works great for trimming my dogs' feet and runs very quietly. I recently used it and found the larger blade head kept falling off the unit. I called customer service to ask what might be wrong, but no one answered. I did not leave a phone message. I then began an email to them. No sooner than I started the email, customer service called me! I sent my original order info to Sue, who was exceptionally helpful. She quickly sent me a replacement blade along with the smaller blade, as well. My clipper is working great again. This level of customer support is rare these days. I can confidently recommend the company and any of their products, knowing they will bend over backward to take care of their customers. Thank you to Sue and Oneisall! ๐๐๐

Excellent paw and overalls grooming tool; Holds a good charge and worth it. I highly recommend and would purchase again! Very reasonably priced too! Low noise and vibration! Puppies didn't mind their paws getting groomed at all.

I got this to try and groom my dogs paws because they are always hairy. It seems to work when i am going over the pads but I struggle to get them to cut when i start putting them at an angle or trying to trim between the toes. Maybe it's just the way I am using them. The battery life is good and the size of the blades are right for my medium dog. Are they worth the money? I'm not sure since they don't seem to consistently cut for me. I can do as good a job with scissor but it does take more time.

This is a powerful little trimmer tool. I was skeptical at first...I had to sit the first few times with unit just on next to puppy to acclimate to the noise and unit. It is a game changer for the little paw beds where long haired dogs have little patches of hard to trim areas. This little trimmer is wonderful. It goes right to the pad and trims very well. Our dog has silky smooth, fine hair and it works wonders on the paws and more sensitive areas. It does not cut or nip at all. I sit outside in the natural light in order to be sure of what and where I am trimming and this has proven to work very well for us. Try this, you will not be sorry. Enjoy!

I love the trimmer and our 3 small dogs are so relaxed when we are trimming their paws. They trim with ease and the trimmer is so super quiet. Customer service is exceptional and when I had an issue with the trimmer head they went above and beyond to resolve the issue very quickly. Highly recommend the oneisail trimmer!!!!
