I ordered on a Saturday and received it the following Saturday, so not bad considering it weighed 120lbs. with the packaging. Right from the box to the work desk, installed the EZCAD2 software that sent my computer into a frenzy of not wanting to download it as its not a Microsoft licensed software. Made the necessary adjustments to my security settings and away I went. I ran a few initial test and it was good to go, so I got scrap piece of stainless steel and poof a golden viking appeared. I am extremely happy with this product and will follow up after some time has passed to see if my review needs any updates.

These lasers are junk - they stop working a few days after put into use. Total trash, should be taken off Amazon.

After removing foam dunnage, found the height slide rail was bent and a gouge in the corner of the power unit. Nothing that affected performance but should have better protection. Also the EZCAD software included was 2.12 and the instructions were for 2.0 - some differences in screen shots. Otherwise has been a good machine.

There are many things you can do with this laser. I purchased it with the intent of using it for deep engraving on firearms, which I have done, and I have been testing it out on various materials. It arrived setup together, in a wooden box, but along with it came a USB drive that has the EZCad2 program for usage along with the presets done for you already (alignment, focus, any adjustments for distortion, etc.) not for specific materials. They do have more information on their main website but just having the initial setup stuff done was a great help. I plan on purchasing another, sooner than later.

I ordered this it arrived but the rotary axis isn't in the packaged crate . This was a big part of choosing this item now I have a $7000.00 paper weight because I can't start the project I purchased it for . I paid for the machine advertised not what I received.
