The media could not be loaded. I'm starting to hate this machine. On dot duration of 20 or less IR doesn't even mark on black paper or plastic. The front slide cover falls by itself and doesn't hold. I'm now even a month with this machine and I'm starting to regret.

Set up was easy. Machine works. When I plugged in the smoke Purifier to the laser, the purifier port shorted out and started smoking. I’m not sure if it was a bad cord or something with the smoke purifier. Luckily I can switch it on or off manually. If you guys want swap mine out I’m fine with that but no one answered.
