It works as a link cable and has a solid connection. However, the inline charging port doesn't quite charge up your headset while you're using it. At most, it will keep it around the same battery level, but usually it just makes it discharge slower. I wonder what effect this would have on the headset's battery life over time. Cable is nice and long, but is thick and doesn't bend well so it can get in your way a bit. Fast enough connection speed to use as a proper link cable though. 4/5 Stars, not perfect but gets the job done. ... show more

So I used this originally to charge a meta 3 headset. Now I use it to turbocharge my phone, watch, and windows surface tablet. It's super long and thick, and the speeds it's hits charging and transferring is actually commendable. It's really a decently priced cable, my only complaint is I should've got it in black. The white color looks nice when it's clean but I go a lot of places and can make it look dirty just moving around. It would be nice to see something to tidy it up when in use and keep it off the floor when not needed. I definitely would like to get 2 or 3 more down the road. ... show more

I can play PCVR for hours now and I cannot believe this is not a standard feature. The cable is very strong and has a 90° angle connected for the quest. The link speed meets all requirements. If youre trying to improve your PCVR experience, this should be your first step.

    • Long cord but not fast charging

Well I used it and after a lot of trouble getting the Link app itself setup I finally got to see how well this would work. Some good some bad in it's performance. First off only got 2.9gbps so on the low to middle end of the range it says you'll get and my PC is pretty beefy. The issue I have is that it doesn't live up to the Fast charging while gaming that it says. My quest 3 went from 66% to 28% in about 2-2.5 hours. So might have extended my playtime but not made it infinite like it suggests with the image claiming that in 30min of gameplay you would go from 60% to 75% Also noticed that the while cable itself will be a charging cable without using the inline charge port. So it very well could be that the USB A end was drawing power from my PC and overriding the USB C inline charge port. More testing will be done but overall it's staying at 3 stars for now as while it's a nice cable it only does half of what it was meant to do ... show more
