  • Wrong pieces
Works really nice but had wrong pieces to go with holding the skewers

  • Glad we purchased

I'm really liking this air fryer. I've never used an air fryer prior to purchasing this, so I can't testify to how this works vs. one with a basket, but I think I really like it. It will probably end up replacing our Breville Countertop Convection Oven. I ended up getting this one because we have a family of 4 and I wanted option to cook larger quantities. So far, I've used for hash browns, sweet potatoes fries, veggies and shrimp. Have all turned out well. I think it will take a little experimenting on time and heat ... but I suspect that's how it is with all of these devices. I did end up taking off the little suction cup feet on the bottom, as we put ours in the pantry when not using and the suction cups bother me ... but they are useful to keep unit secure if you keep on the counter at all times. Only thing I would prefer, is if the little unit beeped when we hit the 1/2 mark, however, my normal oven doesn't do that ... and, I find that because this has racks, instead of a basket drawers I might no have to turn or shuffle my food 1/2 through cooking ... like most recipes call for. More even air flow with the racks vs. bottom drawer. Still experimenting ... I like it though and would recommend to anyone look for a larger air fryer! ... show more

  • Over all is a very good product

It's very easy to use. We made dried apples. Because the product's original package and the outside addon package were broken, I don't know how long the machine will work.

  • Nice but...
It was a Christmas gift and one of the numbers burned out after marginal use from January through September. Overall, it still works great but that's flaw.

  • Very pleased with this product.

The media could not be loaded. I’m a beginner and not so great at cooking. While surfing around and trying to find the right one without knowing what is the “right one”, it was difficult and kind of like shooting in the dark. I did not know what I was looking for and without knowing if “air fryer” is the right product for me or not. After seeing many reviews, this is what I found out. An air fryer is a small modern kitchen appliance that uses hot air to cook. Unlike a conventional oven that uses electrical elements only, air fryers have robust fun that blows and circulates the heated air. When you add a dehydrator, rotisserie, convection oven, and baking ability to your air fryer, it gives it the ability to dehydrate food for preservation purposes. It becomes all you’d need in your kitchen. The use of an air fryer with a dehydrator combo is a healthy way to prepare your meals. Indeed, it is healthy because all of the excess oil would be dripped down to the drip pan and eliminated completely from the food. Well, the best air fryer with dehydrator would be the best of the best. This OMMO Air Fryer Oven came with dehydrator and it is super awesome. As you can see in my video, I do not have lots of room to have multiple appliances. This air fryer is a space saver and not really that heavy either. It weights the same with my coffee maker. I really like the idea of suction cups at the legs to keep it from moving around. They work with wood surface or granite as well. This fryer provided the best user experience for me (as a beginner) because the screen and everything else were intuitive. I could quickly find out how to use it without looking at manual which is impressive. Another safety feature that I really like is when the door opened, the machine does not work so I can’t accidentally turn it on with the door open or forgot to close it. As you can see, the French fries were great looking and crispy. You could probably hear the crackling sounds when I bite it. Thanks to the manual and all the presets. This help me as a beginner to successfully cook something for myself. I had great experience with this fryer and highly recommend it. I can’t wait to try out many other things with this fryer. Especially with the dehydrator. I might use either beef or fruits depend on what I like later on. ... show more

  • Has its pros and cons
Color: Black
This is an updated review now that I've had it for a couple of weeks and tried a few more things. I purchased this appliance mainly for the rotisserie feature, but I was also intrigued by the idea of making kebabs and fries. First thing I did was mushroom kebabs, because I had a pound of shrooms in the fridge and I like them with my eggs in the morning. They came out tasting a lot like mushrooms cooked outside on the gas grill, so I was pleased. A big PRO. After looking through the recipe book, I went shopping. I decided to try a pork roast, glazed with a honey-bourbon sauce that was in the cookbook. Hubs was impressed with the flavor, and I was too, but - I did not line the drip tray with foil. Mainly because nowhere in the instructions does it say to line the drip tray with foil. Now, after soaking the tray for over two hours in hot soapy water, it is still coated with baked-on debris. That is unacceptable to me, and a huge CON. I suppose I should have known better. I knew I'd have to scrub it, but this stuff will not come off, and it won't come off in the dishwasher either. There are tiny keys that help secure things. When I was cleaning up after the pork roast, I needed pliers to get the keys off. They were baked into the rotisserie wand. Okay, I can keep a pair of pliers handy. Do not lose the keys! It will be useless without them! So even though the parts are dishwasher safe, I would not put the keys in the dishwasher. (Or let them go down the garbage disposal. Yikes!) If you don't have a lot of storage space, think twice before you purchase this. The footprint is about 15 x 15, which doesn't sound huge, but it's a bit overwhelming. It sits on the counter and yells at you to notice it. I figured out that if you put one dehydrator tray on the very bottom, on top of the drip tray, and the other dehydrator tray way up on top, you can fit the basket and other parts in between them. So all parts can be stored inside, you just have to finagle them correctly. The included cookbook is not great, and if you're a vegetarian forget it. Other than a couple of things like Veggie Chips, there isn't much for you. In fact, the recommended settings for fries isn't even in the cookbook - it's in the booklet of instructions. Sweet potato fries came out tender but not quite crisp enough. Next time I'll raise the temp. Veggie chips were terrible. Rotisserie chicken was excellent! Juicy and perfectly cooked. The settings are fairly easy to navigate, but they don't always co-ordinate with what the cookbook tells you to do, so pay attention. If you're already an experienced cook and you don't mind experimenting and taking notes on what works well and what doesn't, you'll be fine. But beginners beware, this will not make you a Master Chef. All in all, I'm not 100% convinced that this is a must-have for everyone. In fact, at the moment I am so irked over the condition of the drip tray after one pork roast, I think that's coloring my feelings. ... show more
