The media could not be loaded. We have bears , foxes , bobcats and cougars we have a camera watching this coop at night and NOTHING can get in !!!! It’s so nice to not to worry about it and it’s easy to clean ! I’m so obsessed I want to but another one for my garden and also I use the smaller coop and cage for my turtles !!!!!!!! Love love !     • Putting this together will make you question your life

We bought the largest run with two additional extensions to make our run 9’ x 18’. It came in 15 different boxes and unfortunately, we were not supplied with all the components to put the run together. In addition e we received an email from the company telling us that due to a recent redesign we may have received old and new components meaning the instructions that refer to specific parts by number that are supposed to be in the box have new numbers. For example former part number 123 is now 456. Ha! WRONG!!! We got part number XXX! None of the parts in the box matched the numbers in the manual or in the YouTube videos. You are on your own to figure which clips to use and it is all assembled by about 10,000 clips! We also discovered that we were missing four panels and couldn’t complete the build. Called Omlet and they sent new ones but the customer service was unpleasant, he couldn’t care less about our inconvenience or that we were dealing with a half built run that couldn’t secure our chickens. He flat out refused to send the panels by express mail, it took a week for them to arrive. Between the run and accessories we spent more than $2600 with this company. I expected more caring and helpful customer service. Putting this together is a beast, the manual is useless. Especially since we spent hours looking for components that were not there. Omlet products aren’t predator proof - they even say so on their website. You’ll have to spend even more money making the products safe. Panels rust and don’t stay rigid. Also, if you haven’t noticed, funny how most of their reviews on here say the same thing “I’ve had mine two years” “I’ve had mine three years”… suspicious, much? Do not buy their products. It breaks a lot and is just not sturdy and practical, the coops not bad but the run is terrible. Can not with stand wind and rain very much and definitely not snow just falls in. Do not buy, save your money.
