I recently got the OMBAR dash cam, and after around 5 months usage, I would like to share a couple points: Super Clear Videos: The video quality is fantastic. It records in Full HD, so I can see everything clearly, whether it’s day or night. It even captures wide angles, so nothing gets missed. Simple Setup: Setting it up was a breeze. The instructions were clear, and I had it up and running in no time. Plus, the interface is really easy to use. Reliable and Sturdy: It works great no matter the weather. Hot or cold, it’s always dependable. It feels well-made and like it will last a long time. Handy Features: The G-sensor detects any sudden impacts and saves that footage, which is really reassuring. The loop recording means I don’t have to worry about running out of space – it just overwrites the oldest videos. Parking Protection: The parking mode is awesome. I've been using dashcams in all of my cars for years and finally decided to get one that has both a front and rear. First, the included SD card is a great bonus. Most don't include them. It is fast enough to keep up with the video, and you can always upgrade for a lot more storage. It was easy enough to install. The tape holds well and I don't see it coming off. The wires are long enough for a Chevy Blazer to reach to the rear. Not sure why they put micro-usb on one end, but it fits well and works. The image quality is pretty good. Maybe not quite what you would expect from 4K, but definitely very good for this range. I don't use it much, but connecting to the app is easy enough so you can pull images. It uses point to point wifi, so you have to be in or near the car with it on or running to grab the videos or images. Again, not a problem and a handy feature to have. Overall, I would purchase this again if I need a new camera. The features, especially at this price point, make for a great package.
