It comes with a tiny scoop. Only use the tiny scoop amount and see if it messes with your tummy. I used it daily and seemed fine. Then I started using heaping amounts of the tiny scoop after like two or 3 days my tummy aching and bloating. I didn’t know what it was. I woke up early one morning and fe
lt a massive amount of pain like I was sweating and going to pass out from the pain and had explosive bowel movements. I even called the ambulance because of the pain and weakness in my entire torso. I was so weak passing out and in pain. I thought something was very wrong and I ruptured my intestines or something. I didn’t take the ambulance trip. Instead I took charcoal’s capsules and they brought down the gas and pain and i was weak for like two days. I figured out what it was when I tried a tiny bit and started with pain again then i read some other reviews. Regular mushrooms in food give me gas and now I know I must be sensitive to mushrooms.

Noticeable improvement in mood

I've been taking 2-3 of these capsules almost every day for about 2 months. My general mood has been better than it has in years, and I'm feeling calmer even though I'm handling a lot of stress. I began supplementing with L-theanine around the same time I started taking these, so I skipped the lion's
mane for a week to see whether it made a difference. It did. My mood is better on overage when I take the lion's mane capsules. I'm also finding it easier to maintain focus under stress. I’ve had attention deficit disorder since childhood, so any improvement in focus is really noticeable to me. There is some scientific evidence that L-theanine can alleviate certain ADHD symptoms. My guess is that lion's mane wouldn’t affect focus as directly as L-theanine, but being calm makes it much easier to stay focused in stressful situations. It's possible that lion's mane and L-theanine have a synergistic effect, but I can only base this on my own experience. I like this product, and I will continue supplementing with lion’s mane.

I bought this product after trying it while visiting my mom’s house. I loved the amount of energy and focus it gave me. I received the powder today and mixed it into my coffee with mct oil. s unexpected but I also noticed a slight improvement in my facial paralysis. I have had it for a couple of months due to a surgery and notice more improvement than usual today. Out of curiosity, I researched the benefits of lions mane and it turns out that it helps repair nerves. I wouldn’t have know that was what helped if I hadn’t researched it. Now I love it even more! I recommend adding this to your green tea!

It takes away the horrible flavor of the tea and gives it a nice earthy flavor, this is going to make my cups of tea much easier to stomach. Will update this once I notice a different in the mushroom powder
