When I saw the mangled box on my porch, I was concerned the chair was damaged. I opened it and looked it over. Seeing nothing, I started putting it together. The chair was packed nicely, with the hardware actually being in a package. All the screws were separated by size and labeled and there was a very nice, handled tool for the screws. It was nice to not have to sort through a bag of screws all mixed up. Assembly was pretty easy. The hardest part was balancing the bottom while connecting the back. It would help to have a second person to hold it. I did notice some small tears in the "leather" at the bottom of the back at this point. Since they were small, located in a spot that isn't that noticeable, I was half finished with assembly, and I didn't feel like packing it back up, I decided to use a little fabric glue and keep the chair. The chair is plenty wide and sturdy, suitable for just about any bottom that might sit in it. It is probably the most comfortable office chair I've sat in. It actually leans back so you can stretch in between tasks, which I love. The pink color is great and looks cute in my office. I knocked a star off for the shipping, because whoever shipped it was not very careful with it and I'm sure was the cause of the tears I found. Other than that, it's a great buy and I'm happy with the chair. ... show more
