She said to just put the top two screws of the chair back in enough to hold it in place and that would align the bottom two. But aside from that small quirk, which wasn’t a big deal, putting the chair together was SO EASY!! There was literally just four diagrams. It took me 15 minutes tops. The chair is so cool. This chair has a wide seat and back which makes it perfect for sitting cross-legged. The cushions are soft and squishy but not in an uncomfortable way. It has a 360 degree rotation and the faux brown leather looks great in my space. I would not recommend this chair for someone taller than 5'8" because the seat height is minimal compared to standard office chairs. Very comfy chair and there's a whole lot of roominess to it. I'm plus size and there's still a lot of room. It was pretty easy to put together and all the holes lined up for me perfectly. My one and only complaint is that it doesn't raise up as high as I'd like it to. That's just my personal preference and has nothing to do with the chair itself. It was super easy to put together and took me about 15 min. *(I credit the video review that a woman did about how to install the back portion of the chair. Definitely check that out before). I got it for my disabled mom who had a healthy weight to her but this chair shows no signs of wear yet! Easily washable! (I got the fabric grey one) Tilts, swivels, adjustable height, and very comfortable! She loves it and we love that for her!
