Great chair and a great deal. For what office chairs go for these days and if you need something new I recommend this one. Casters roll well and the base pivots with little effort and no looseness. The T-Handle wrench is a bonus and all of the screw heads are the same size. Instructions are easy to understand with complete diagrams with screw descriptions and part numbers from the presorted blister pack that the screws come in. This is a pretty good chair. Very comfortable. People are complaining about the directions, but I received my chair without directions. This chair is so simple to put together without instructions that I am baffled by the complaints. Overall this is a decent chair for the price.

A lot of my review of this chair really is in relation to the cost, especially in comparison to a lot of chairs in this price range. Arrived with pieces in-tact and everything separated and labeled clearly. The pieces themselves all seem of solid construction. Nothing feels overly cheap. Chair surface itself is nice and would totally be passable in an office setting. Wipes clean easily and resists staining. Instructions included were clear and fairly easy to follow. It's not just pictures either, it's clear step by step instructions as well as images to guide you through the whole process. Chair feels solid when sitting in it. I'm a grown man who weighs over 200lbs and it holds me just fine. Lumbar and back support really could be better but is passable for the cost. I do like the fact that the arm rests lift up if you want, so that's a nice option. The piston for raising the height of the chair works well. No issues. My main complaint about this chair is that the resistance knob that adjusts the tension when leaning back does not seem to work well. It does not seem to want to turn in either direction and I have a strong grip. I've tried adjusting while sitting on the chair or while holding the chair and sitting on floor next to it. I do not feel as confident leaning all the way back in this chair like I have in the past. We shall see how long this thing lasts. 🤞 ... show more
