For starters, may all my future “some assembly required” encounters go as well as this one. The instructions were clear and concise with both words and pictures. It took only minutes to put the bench together and it felt very solid. The materials appear to be steel and vinyl with some type of firm padding in the seat and back. It is easy to adjust and has a wide range of movement. I like that the foot bar has two positions to choose from (the lower one worked best for me). And as a bonus, it looks good but has a fairly minimal profile (space is at a premium in my small workout room). I expect the bench to last. I’m the only user and will keep it clean and tight. It seems like a great deal and meets my needs fully at this point in life. I don’t do heavy weights any more (I have grown OLD) but still enjoy lifting weights and try to hold on to muscle tone in my golden years (or maybe my rusty iron years). I recommend it! Stay strong. Push it but don’t break it. Be safe!

This bench is a nice addition to my workout room. It's well-made, stable, easily adjustable, and functions smoothly. The seat has a rolled edge for under-the-knee comfort when your feet are placed under the cushioned retention bar. The cushioning is firm and comfortable. The PU leather material is water/sweatproof. I'm 69 years old. I walked away from the public gyms many years ago. I decided to work out on my terms, schedule, and format without interruptions or waiting for someone to finish their set. I also grew weary of the sweaty, germ-ridden, and smelly environment. I invested in all the necessary bars and weight plates. Timing is imperative to keep my heart rate at a consistent level. I want to achieve maximum results in the shortest amount of time. I primarily use free weights and a 25-year-old, original Bowflex. I'm retired, work out 3 times a week, and love to fish. Fitness does pay off in the long term.

This was very quick and easy to put together. It also easily adjusts from being flat to upright at various angles. The padding and material is decent, but may not last a long time for those who work out heavily. For example, I wouldn’t set weights on it and use it to put your weights on very often, but it’s great for sitting positions and laying flat on your back.

This took maybe 15 minutes to assemble? I spent more time breaking the box down than actually assembling this thing. It's actually very sturdy, easy to use, and doesn't take up much space. I like that you can completely fold it when you're done. I won't, because I don't need to, but having the option is very nice. It says it supports up to 795lbs, I have no idea if it's true or not. I know it comfortably supports around 400lbs. I can't imagine me going anywhere near 795lbs, nor even 600. I'm not that heavy of a lifter. But if you're new to lifting and you need something for your home gym, this would definitely be a great option. Especially with the ranges on this. Definitely a great bench.

This weight bench is way better than expected! It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. Perfect for my in home workout room. It is easy to adjust the bench to lay flat or sit up. The material of the bench is nice and smooth and can easily be wiped clean after use! Great value.

I'm so glad I got this weight bench. I had sold mine when I moved a few years ago and downsized dramatically. But recently I started working out at home again and wanted another bench. The fact that this one can fold makes it a lot more feasible for my current place. It was really easy to assemble following the included instructions and tools. I'd definitely recommend especially for the price point.

I'm impressed with this and am super happy with it. It went together in a snap (it'll go even quicker if you grab a socket wrench instead of using the included tiny wrenches) and is sturdy. It's comfortable and easily folds up to store. This is going to get a lot of use in my house.
