Comfy and well made. Great reclining features. A bit too honkin in size. It feels like it takes up my whole office. Difficult to maneuver if you need to “jump out of your seat”. Press a button and wait a few. Also, I didn’t expect the “durahide” to be so hot. It’s the middle of winter here in New England and after a nor’easter and I was sweating. Its a great chair and very comfortable. It works as advertised and was the easiest chair ever to assemble. The shipping was super fast and arrived in two boxes. Missing one star because it has no tilt function to the chair as most office chairs can tilt back. I understand the powered back reclines and the footrest raises but the seat level or angle always remains the same. I can't just lean back and tilt the entire chair. VERY Comfortable chair! The recline and leg/foot lift is incredible. Did I mention that the chair is VERY Comfortable? You can totally sleep in this chair, so be careful if you are purchasing it for your work office because you may be tempted to nap. The arms of the chair could use some improvement. The arms need more reinforcement but they work! Lets talk about the customer service at OKUP Furniture .... The customer service is A+++ ... I had some issues and contacted customer service thru their websites live chat. I had a reply and solutions to my issue within a few minutes. I was offered several options to fix my issue and they completely followed thru with what they said they would do for me and this issue that I had. They do not mess around and they are all about happy customers and standing behind their chairs. I would urge anyone looking for a comfy office chair to give OKUP a try! The chair was very easy to assemble. It is quite soft and cushiony, and the chrome with the black is very classy. It was even delivered sooner than our expected delivery date. Putting it together took about 15 minutes bought two chairs 1. I am disappointed. a. base broke * (Bought a new base and replaced it. b. Arm seems Loose, but all screws are tight the screws on the left arm are not holding. c. If I sit too close to the front edge, the chair will flip. I have flipped the chair 5 times; the last time I bumped my head. d. When you put the footrest up, it does not stay up; it lowers in about a minute. e. needs an inch or two of foam on the seat. 2. There was a slight issue with the delivery. I went through the normal process to contact the vendor with the usual script that it could take up to 48 hours for a response. They responded the very same day and resolved my issue very quickly! Excellent customer service. As for the chair itself, it is heavy, and very comfortable. I tested it at various positions, all very comfortable. This chair will be perfect for my lunch naps. Just keep in mind, that you will have to charge the chair from time to time, you may want to do this when you will not be using the chair so as not to trip over the cable or pull it out. ... show more
