Is this fan remote controlled only? Can we use the wall switch to turn on the fan? You can turn on the fan with an ordinary on-off switch. But please don't connect to a fan control switch or a dimmer switch. How do you re-pair the remote to the fan? 1. Reset: Use the wall switch or other switch to turn off the fan's power for about 5 seconds and then reconnect. 2. Re-pair: Hit the pair button(''PAIR CODE'') in the middle of the remote. 3. Try to use the remote again How to contact the seller if we need help or replacement parts? Please contact the seller for help through the methods provided in the manual. Can the fan be worked with ac 220 power supply? Sure it can be worked with AC power supply 110-220V! Love that the lighting has different settings and different levels of air flow! It has a soft rocking noise which I love because it helps me sleep. The fan itself is beautiful and matches the space elegantly. Our power did go off during a storm and when it came back on in the middle of the night, all 3 of my fans turned on (very bright for 2am).
