I had tried solar lighting in my newly renovated backyard but they kept failing on me. So, the heck with that - got an electrician to install some outdoor outlets and now I have beautiful lighting! One set goes all around the backyard near the block wall, to soften the look. Another string is hung from the shade sail creating more ambient lighting. A third set is set up near the outdoor dining area. I no longer have to have those harsh floodlights on - such a nice soft mood in the yard now! They are all on dusk-to-dawn timers so I don't have to do anything with them.

I was very happy with the durability and quality of these lights! They provide a nice soft lighting for a back patio. The bulbs are made of a durable plastic but give the look of glass. There are extra bulbs included just in case. Overall, a great purchase.

Me and some roomates decided we would get these to make our college dorm look nicer. We hung these using some command hooks and plug it in to turn it on. It looks fabulous!! The lights have a nice color to them, and they are light enough to be held be command hooks. Highly recommend!
