Easy to assemble and the gray and purple is really attractive. Comfortable for long sitting periods. I haven’t availed myself of the massage aspect of the lumbar cushion yet but it’s excellent back support. I don’t use it for gaming but as an office chair.

    • Tilted chair?
Was somewhat easy to assemble. Did it all within 30 mins, only complaint was that the screws were so hard to screw in because some of the factory made holes for the screw inster were too small and i had to force the screws in with a hand tool. Wish they made them regular bolts so i could use my own power tools ;-; After assembling, the chair looks great very sturdy but the left arm is lower than the right arm… everything is tightly secured but the chair seems to lean left which isnt good for my bad back. If I can’t figure out how to fix it i’ll probably end up returning it. Remove two stars because of the difficult screws and tilting of the chair. Edit: I decided to return it i will not be buying again unfortunately. Seller never responded to my request for help or replacement parts. Very comfy chair otherwise if it wasn’t defective. The left arm is lower by two inches from the right. Also, every time i put a little bit of pressure on any of the arm rests like to adjust myself or something, it would loosen up the bolts and i keep tightening them over and over again like its tight as heck and still wont stay put after some tilt! So ashamed, it was a nice comfy chair! Also because now i got to disassemble the damn thing to return it. Wonder how long that’ll take! ... show more

This chair has a nice high back. I'm 6'5" and 240lb and can set the neck pillow higher than even I need it. The armrests have zero adjustability. After a few weeks of use, I'm getting ready to tighten them again because they are starting to wobble on mine. Again I'm 240lb, but I don't lean on them heavily. The seat is flat, thin, and lacks any real cushioning. It is in my opinion the weakest feature of the chair. After a few hours of sitting, my butt is sore. ... show more

Still looks like new and works like new! I love this chair. It was easy to put together. It’s comfortable and cute, rolls easy, adjusts smoothly, swivels easily. Pads are easy to adjust or reposition, help reduce strain of sitting. I got this during the pandemic due to working and doing school both online. I spent so much time in my chair the old one would hurt. This one is comfortable so I don’t strain when having to do long periods in front of the screen. Durable, easy to clean, no complaints! You can use it with or without arms. I don’t prefer the arms because I’m short. They were comfortable but I ultimately took them off. No extra tools were needed. I was worried my cats would claw it up like they destroyed my ex’s leather chair. I don’t know why they haven’t? After over a year she’s got no claw marks even with them sometimes sleeping in it and climbing up into my lap while I work. I’m not saying it’ll be cat resistant but I am impressed. I’ve had a few crawl ups where I thought I’d see some marks but maybe it’s just durable enough that it’s okay. Not sure, but super pleased!!! ... show more

It was easy to assemble. The interesting part was that there is no arm adjustments like it shows in the video for insulation. Kind of confused on that one, but not worth shipping back. he loves it so that’s all that matters. He was always on his feet playing video games now he’s reclining. Definitely perfect for a teen age kid. The seat is a little narrow so if you’re a bigger size person, it wouldn’t be a good fit. ... show more

I put this chair together and got no complaints at all. It’s very nice and comfortable to me. I am 6’3” and about 220 lbs and I am sitting in it no problems and adjusted back works fine. People that saying armrests are flimsy and stuff probably didn’t tighten the screws tight my guess. Or maybe got the screws in wrong and striped the screws.
