I love that they offer so many sizes to fit the different body types. Shock Dr also has different types that fit as well. I have purchased these after few times now & they are my go to for my bad knees. They have definitely helped me when my knees are needing the extra support & extra pain management. They are a little tricky to get on however that is a good thing because once in place they aren't going to shift or move around. They actually stay in the place you put them (Just be sure to get the right size. Too tight & you cut off circulation. Too big & off course they are going to move around). I have used these for working out & even when I am doing day to day daily tasks (& needed some extra support). The product was reasonably priced. It shipped quickly. It is packaged very nicely. Their website is slick and well-designed. They have a wide range of products to choose from that increase levels of support. The product itself seems very well-designed. I ordered the size based upon their measurement guide, and it fits snugly but well, as expected. It is as comfortable as can be expected given it does apply compression. The pull-up tabs are a nice design feature that work well. The relief cutout on the back of the knee does improve comfort during movement when compared to a similar product I own that does not have that feature. I like the cut-out patella, it helps localize the brace, supports your kneecap, and doesn't apply pressure to the front of your knee. I can't speak to durability or performance during activity, I will wear this to play tennis soon, but given the initial impressions, I expect it to perform well and be fairly durable. Highly recommended. Update: it is still going strong but starting to stretch to its limit at the upper seams. It is designed for a more typically-shaped narrower leg than mine, so I think my meaty legs aren’t exactly what they had in mind. Still works great though. ... show more

Very true to size chart on their website. As soon as I pulled it on I could feel good support. Just a little binding around the top back, ever so slightly so I'm with wear that will improve. Very well made and easy on and off, not like those neoprene sports supports that just don't want to budge when taking it off or slipping it on. Time will tell if that stays the same. This brace works great for my mcl sprain, this is the brace my orthopedist recommended for me. I also purchased it on prime day so I was happy. It definitely gives more support to my knee and helps with the pain.

Choose a size smaller than you think!!! I was borderline small/medium and got the small because of the reviews and I'm glad I did. It could be a little bit tighter as it still slides down. Not as much support for the knee cap but it felt more stable and it kept the knee warm. Used it hiking and going over rocks and boulders kept the knee somewhat secure, but I was still careful. Doesn't stabilize my knee when I run or treadmill, though, so that's out. Maybe if it was tighter, I'd feel more confident. For the price, it's a good medium-activity brace. ... show more
