I love that they offer so many sizes to fit the different body types. Shock Dr also has different types that fit as well. I have purchased these after few times now & they are my go to for my bad knees. They have definitely helped me when my knees are needing the extra support & extra pain management. They are a little tricky to get on however that is a good thing because once in place they aren't going to shift or move around. They actually stay in the place you put them (Just be sure to get the right size. Too tight & you cut off circulation. Too big & off course they are going to move around). The product was reasonably priced. It shipped quickly. It is packaged very nicely. Their website is slick and well-designed. They have a wide range of products to choose from that increase levels of support. The product itself seems very well-designed. I ordered the size based upon their measurement guide, and it fits snugly but well, as expected. It is as comfortable as can be expected given it does apply compression. The pull-up tabs are a nice design feature that work well. The relief cutout on the back of the knee does improve comfort during movement when compared to a similar product I own that does not have that feature. I like the cut-out patella, it helps localize the brace, supports your kneecap, and doesn't apply pressure to the front of your knee. I can't speak to durability or performance during activity, I will wear this to play tennis soon, but given the initial impressions, I expect it to perform well and be fairly durable. Highly recommended. Update: it is still going strong but starting to stretch to its limit at the upper seams. It is designed for a more typically-shaped narrower leg than mine, so I think my meaty legs aren’t exactly what they had in mind. Still works great though. ... show more

I'm an avid runner and as many of you may know, it's not uncommon for runners to get stress or repetition injuries. This was the case with my left knee (LCL). I've been nursing that injury for almost three weeks and I've been going crazy because it was so difficult to run at any meaningful pace. So, I gave this knee compression sleeve a try and, man, thank goodness I did. It keeps my knee in place, provides a fair amount of support and also keeps good pressure on my thighs and upper calfs. Unlike with shoppers, the sizing was spot on for me. Just to give you an idea, I cannot wear "straight leg" jeans. I must wear loose or relaxed cut pants. This is only day 2 wearing the Shock Doctor, but I absolutely love it. In addition to fitting and feeling good throughout the day the best part is the design of the rear side. Choose a size smaller than you think!!! I was borderline small/medium and got the small because of the reviews and I'm glad I did. It could be a little bit tighter as it still slides down. Not as much support for the knee cap but it felt more stable and it kept the knee warm. Used it hiking and going over rocks and boulders kept the knee somewhat secure, but I was still careful. Doesn't stabilize my knee when I run or treadmill, though, so that's out. Maybe if it was tighter, I'd feel more confident. For the price, it's a good medium-activity brace. ... show more
