After working fine the last time I used my ThermoPro TP-07, the transmitter started showing no reading at all with the probe plugged in. This replacement probe instantly brought it back to full working order. I would rather rely on my wired probe than trust the new style wireless probes- something about putting electronics inside a barbeque grill just seems wrong. ;-) Even though the TP-07 isn't listed in the compatible devices, it works fine.     • It works!
I didn’t know that you are not supposed to immerse these in water to clean. I found out the hard way. I was looking for a new thermometer and found this replacement probe. Saved some $$$ and it works.

    • THIS FIXED MY THERMOPRO WIRELESS THERMOMETER
My Thermopro TP-07 went wacky the other night when I turned it on. It immediately read 135 degrees and was climbing. I tried plugging and unplugging the probe and removing and reinstalling the batteries. It did not help. I read in the reviews that this replacement probe had fixed this issue for some so I thought it was worth a shot to order one and try it. Plugged in the new probe and it immediately ready 73 degrees. THE PROBES DONT SEEM TO HOLD UP ON THE GRILL TOO WELL ITS BEST FOR SMOKERS AND CROCK POT CORNED BEEF SEEMS TO SHORT OUT BUT THE DEVICE IT REALLY GOOD FOR THOSE LONG 14 HOUR BRISKET SMOKES

Had the probe system for years and the old probe’s stainless wrap started to come undone. Looks like there’s been a bit of a redesign to improve the quality. My only regret is having the single probe model.

    • Gives the HHH error
These probes don’t work with my TP20. Claims to be ThermoPro but they’re obviously not.

    • Wider than original probe.
Probe seems to work well. Unfortunately, it's wider than the original, so the original clips don't fit without being drilled out slightly. Given that reality, it should probably come with replacement clips.

    • Works perfectly
After I melted one of my temperature probes with a grill fire (my bad), I got this as a replacement. Testing showed accuracy to within 1 degree in ice water and boiling water. On the grill, it shows the temperature in mere seconds after you stick it in your meat or whatever you're grilling. I've used this probably 50 times so far, in the oven and the grill, and besides discoloration it's still going strong. ... show more
