After working fine the last time I used my ThermoPro TP-07, the transmitter started showing no reading at all with the probe plugged in. This replacement probe instantly brought it back to full working order. I would rather rely on my wired probe than trust the new style wireless probes- something about putting electronics inside a barbeque grill just seems wrong. ;-) Even though the TP-07 isn't listed in the compatible devices, it works fine. I didn’t know that you are not supposed to immerse these in water to clean. I found out the hard way. I was looking for a new thermometer and found this replacement probe. Saved some $$$ and it works.

I can't say enough about how much I love my Thermo Pro thermometer. My probe died, but I think it was because I didn't wash it carefully enough to avoid too much water on it. The new one shipped promptly. As a side note, thermo pro would have replaced it for free, but I couldn't find my original receipt. Well worth buying another one though! ... show more

This fixed the problem of erratic readings from my remote thermometer. I wish I had seen the waterproof version before i ordered this, because I suspect that I got my original probe wet just washing it. I didn't realize that they can't get wet.

Probe seems to work well. Unfortunately, it's wider than the original, so the original clips don't fit without being drilled out slightly. Given that reality, it should probably come with replacement clips.

They are already completely dead, one did not even make it 2 months. The other just registers "HHH". These are not the ones that come with the ThermPro, though they work for a little while. The seller was fine, but the product is garbage.
