This product packaging we of high quality, sturdy for shipping and handling but also something I can keep and use to store for longer periods of time if I want to. It worked well on my older IPhone I want to say I used this project for my IPhone 10 and even with an otter box the adjustment on the plug worked well. On the newer iPhone 15 however with the otter box I couldn’t. I need to take the phone out of the case to use it. So ideally either getting a small extender for the usb-c plug or just be prepared to take it out of its case. Either way the product works well with the free app and I use it all the time in a manufacturing environment. Highly recommend. I also used a fluke device very similar. Unit will not connect to my iPhone Pro 16 with an Ottberbox Defender case, even when male end is fully extended via the adjustment wheel. Once I took off the case, the device was very loose in my iPhone port and will slip out easily when moved, which causes it to lose connection easily. I don’t if it’s a bad unit or poor design, but unfortunately I cannot use this device even if its thermal imagery features are adequate. ... show more
