The media could not be loaded. Wimius smart Projects is a great little machine for an affordable price. The auto focus lense is great as any kind of slight change to the distance instantly will correct itself. If the projector is mounted on the ceiling or placed on a stable shelf, I’d recommend turning off the auto focus and keystone correction features. Clarity of the picture is also really nice either in low light or no light settings. Able to really see the details when projecting onto a large or small surface. The built-in Netflix, prime video and other apps work smoothly, and I didn’t even need a streaming stick. Easy to setup, interact with, and learn, which was nice. Sound quality with dolby audio on its own isn't too bad but I would recommend pairing with a sound bar or something else.

The media could not be loaded. We are very happy with our purchase of the Wimius G1 Projector. The set up was very easy to follow along and quick. It runs smoothly and quietly. The autofocus feature is amazing and very convenient for getting a great looking picture. We had previously bought another projector several years ago that did not have the auto focus feature and it could often be difficult getting a crisp visual. The autofocus feature completely eliminates that trouble. This projector also comes with streaming apps loaded onto it. All you need to do is sign onto your existing streaming apps and you are ready to watch, no hassle with plugging in extra equipment to watch a streaming service. The convenience of just turning it on and watching your show without any further setup or wires is awesome. The sound is good, and it offers you the ability to connect to additional speakers or headphones if you like. There are other ports to hook up gaming systems as well. It is great for parties and sleepovers. We have a large screen we put up in the backyard and the kids love to have movie nights. We have also used it indoors. It provides a quality experience both indoors and outdoors. Overall we are very happy with the purchase and upgrade the Wimius G1 Projector has been over our old projector.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this Smart Projector in my one-bedroom apartment. It’s been such an upgrade from the prior projector I had. I don’t like the bulky look of a traditional TV and therefore appreciate the flexibility a projector offers! The picture quality blew me away from the moment I set it up in my living room. The image is clear, with even small texts projected looking sharp. The brightness, contrast, and focus are all easily adjustable. Between the auto-adjust settings and custom-adjust settings, it’s quick and easy to get the perfectly formatted, vivid projection to your available wall space. I was surprised how I was able to see the projection even in midday with moderate cloud coverage, making it useful for night and daytime hours alike. Huge win! It’s not perfect in the day, but it’s darn good for a projector, and it’s flawless at night in the dark. I’ve been streaming Netflix and YouTube directly with a fast login and response from the projector system. For anyone in a smaller space like me, this is such a space-saving option without sacrificing quality. I love my at home movie theater, the simplicity of setting up the device, and watching shows with my loved ones. Highly recommend it!

The built-in apps work very well — Official Netflix , Prime Video, YouTube, Peacock — all run smoothly, so I don’t need to buy an extra TV stick. Smart device mirroring also works fine (tested with iPhone). I could cast YouTube directly from my phone, but like with other projectors, streaming apps like Amazon Prime and Peacock didn’t support casting — Not a deal-breaker, since app sign-in to the projector is straightforward. I’ve played some cartoons so far, and both the picture and sound are vivid.The Dolby sound quality is quite good, and the speaker volume is strong enough for my spacious living room. It also has handy features like auto-focus, keystone correction, and mounting holes at the bottom for easy ceiling installation.

The media could not be loaded. We wanted an affordable Google TV projector, and this one is a solid pick. Setup was super easy with the Google app, and it supports 4K, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth for soundbar, plus has good built-in speakers. The auto-focus and keystone made it simple to project directly on the wall, and from 10 feet it gave us a big 8 × 6 ft screen. The picture quality is really nice—sharp details, bright colors, and clear enough even in darker scenes. I bought this mainly for watching movies indoors at night, and it works perfectly for my needs. This projector is not suitable for use in daylight — for that, you would need at least a 3000 ANSI lumens model or a laser projector. It runs Google TV apps like Netflix, Prime, Disney+, ESPN, HBO, and more, or you can cast from your phone. The remote is fast, and overall, it feels like a mini home theater. Great upgrade from our 3-year-old projector!

I already own two other Wimius projectors—one is a larger model I pair with a Fire Stick, and the other is compact but lacks in display quality. This model strikes the perfect balance. It’s compact enough to be portable but doesn’t compromise on performance. The built-in Google TV is a standout—no need for external devices, and the interface is smooth and intuitive. Setup was quick and effortless. The autofocus works surprisingly well, even when I shifted the projector’s angle slightly. The display is sharp and vibrant, even in a moderately lit room. What really impressed me is the resolution and clarity, especially for streaming apps. Navigating through Google TV’s “For You”, “Apps”, and “Live” tabs is seamless and feels more modern than other Android-based systems I’ve used. If you’re looking for a plug-and-play experience with crisp visuals and a clean UI, this one is worth it.
