Finally pulled the trigger on this chair and I have zero regrets. The cream/white colorway is chef’s kiss — looks way more elevated than your typical black office chair and actually fits into a home aesthetic without looking like you raided a cubicle farm. The mesh back has solid lumbar support and the cushioned seat is surprisingly plush without feeling like it’ll flatten out after a month. Armrests are well-padded and easy to adjust. It rolls smoothly on hard floors too, which was a concern I had going in. Setup was straightforward and the build quality feels sturdy. The gold frame detailing is a nice touch — subtle but makes it feel more premium than the price point suggests. Would definitely recommend if you want something that’s both functional and doesn’t look like corporate furniture. My dog Krypto approves as well!

I’ve been in need of a new duster for a little while and I like the way this one looked online. I felt it had a very good price for how it looked. It was a bit of work to assemble it, but it had good instructions and access to videos if needed. It’s a lot more comfortable than the chair I used to have and the back support works really well for me. Everything is adjustable like on a lot of other chairs, but it seems to be a pretty good design. For me it was important that it fit the space and was comfortable. It hit all the marks for me. I would definitely recommend this one if you’re looking for a good chair.

Absolutely love this chair! It was very easy to put together, feels sturdy, and is extremely comfortable for long hours at a desk. The extra-thick seat cushion makes a huge difference, and the ergonomic lumbar support really helps with back comfort throughout the day. I also love the breathable mesh back and the flip-up arms since they make it easy to slide the chair under the desk and save space. On top of the quality of the chair itself, the customer service was amazing. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the entire experience even better. Ordered the Gray w/Champagne. COLOR: 4 Stars: To my eyes the gray fabric/mesh looks more light bluish-gray, which I prefer. SEAT: 4.5 Stars: Feels like I am sitting on thick memory foam. At first sit, I thought 'maybe a little too firm' but after I sat at my desk to type, etc., I found the seat comfy. MESH BACK: 3 Stars: Reasonable support, which is better than too firm. (I've learned if mesh is too rigid and too firm, it will cause lower back aches. So I avoid hard mesh chairs.) LUMBAR: 2 Stars: Turn the dial to push the lumbar cushion toward your lower back, or away from. My first experience w/a chair that does this, and I'm not sure I like it. I constantly feel it and am aware of it, even at its loosest setting. PNEUMATIC MECHANISM: 4 Stars: I find it just a little different than other offices chairs I've had (which were true commercial grade office chairs). ASSEMBLY: 5 Stars. Very easy and fast. Easy instructions. But I used my drill with the proper tip. I did not want to use the hand tool they provided and screw the bolts in manually; that would have taken too long. And extra screws are provided, which is smart. If you want an inexpensive chair, this works. I like the chair b/c the back is not too tall and overpowering (it's more of a mid-back height) and I can move the arms out of the way and scoot tightly under my desk. How long the cushioned seat will hold up, only time will tell. Most importantly, the seat is comfortable to me.
