This one of the easiest office chairs I have ever assembled and at 69 yo I have assembled my fair share of them. Start to finish was completely assembled in 43 minutes. Best practice, follow the steps in the instruction pamphlet. Inventory all parts and hardware checking off as you go. Look at the back of the blister pack containing the hardware and allen wrench tool, you will find that they are marked to coincide with the assembly steps in the instructions. This eliminates the guess work of which bolts to use with each step. (note; my blister pack was completely intact but was short a bolt for one of the steps, which turned out to be the loose bolt I found thrown into the box) Only cut open the back of the hardware blister pack for the step of assembly you are completing, this eliminates the possibility of mixing or losing bolts required for future steps. When attaching the arms of chair , DO NOT TIGHTEN ALL THE WAY, this allows some ease in lining up the bolt holes for the seat attachment step. Once these two steps are complete I recommend you tighten the bolts of the seat and arm assembly, do not over tighten bolts on arms as you could crack the plastic. TIP: when tightening bolts remember to tighten in a clockwise or counter clockwise pattern a little at a time until all bolts are tight. Pretty much all of the remaining steps are self explanatory. The chair is very comfortable for me with the seat depth of 18" and width of 20" but I am 5' tall and short stubby legs and I have the chair set to the lowest setting so my feet sit flatly on the floor. The chair does rise pretty high so I feel comfortable in saying I believe a taller person would also find this a suitable office chair. The price point is one of the best I have seen on Amazon for a chair of this quality in a long time. If you need a new chair I recommend this @ $40.00 it's a hard bargain to pass up. ... show more

I wanted a pink chair for my room and decided to go with this one– I'm glad I did! I adore it. Assembly was a breeze and was very quick. It's a nice soft shade of pink and matches the other pink details of my room. It feels sturdy and is a good size. The packaging was good too. But it's not just about the aesthetics; this chair is pretty comfortable. The cushioning is plush and supportive, and the many hours I spend studying in this chair is proof of it. I throw on a plush blanket and small pillow if I know I'm going to be there for a while. Overall, I would recommend this chair. It's a stylish, comfortable, and functional addition to my room that makes me happy to look at. I really like this chair. It looks exactly as shown here in the picture. I put this together myself in about 15 minutes and I'm in my 60's. It's not a large chair but it's wide. I was surprised at this price point that it is so nice. Rolls great on hard wood floors and for my height at 5'2 I can adjust it easily for comfort. Is the cushion great? Not really but a simple cushion of my own will help that. When I raise it to full height my feet barely reach the floor so it would be good for someone much taller. Love it! ... show more

I use this chair in my office when I am working on my craft projects. I am 80 years old and was surprised the could fit a chair in that small of a box. It had the seat, back, arms, base frame and the riser and most importantly, one master tool. It was not the normal "L" metal hex tool, it had a nice wood handle. The instructions were clear and set up did not take that long. I was very proud of myself being able to put it together. I have been using it about a month and nothing has fallen off and it works perfectly. :) ... show more

Super easy to put together. Steps are clear and easy to follow. Don’t open all the screws at once they are separated and labeled by steps you follow so you aren’t having to go through a bunch of screws to find right one. Also comes with a little hex tool to tighten with. Back support is amazing. I’m 5’6 and when chair is raised all the way up my feet don’t touch floor all the way. When chair is all the way down my legs are perfect L shape. The handle that raises chair up and down also locks rocking the chair. There is a big screw knob that allows you to adjust tension of the rocking. The seat cushion is super thick but also super soft. Only con I have for this chair is I wish the cushion was bit bigger to further under my knees. In the picture shows how my feet are with chair raised and lowered and also length of cushion. ... show more

Arrived on time with minimal road wear, in a box totally disassembled. The assembly instructions were clearly made specifically for me cause I found them extremely easy to follow along with the hardware being labeled for each step. (Instructions were printed quite small, had to use phone camera to see them (only negative)). Chair went together nicely and is good quality and compfy. Great price for this chair. I needed a chair that was a bit more comfy than hardwood for online work, and this was the one I picked because of the good review to price ratio. Here's some pros and cons to look over before you purchase this: Pros: - Price. The chair was about $50 when I bought it, and at that price point it was just what I was looking for. - Assembly. Right out of the box it was super easy to assemble, and the instructions were clear (although you could tell they had been put through a translator) the only problem was that it was kind of difficult to figure out where different screws went. - Lumbar/Lower back support. This chair has it and that has proved to be very comfortable over the hardwood chair I was using before. - Fits me. I'm a bigger dude (6'1", 175lbs) and this chair fits me well, contrary to what other reviews said when I first looked at this product. Cons: - Cushion. The bottom cushion is a bit more firm than I expected, although it's definitely better than wood. - Arm Rests. They're a bit low for me, from resting arms in a normal position (90 degrees) it's about 4" of space. Overall, relative to the price point, this is a great chair for gaming, online work/meetings etc. Will update if there are any problems in the future. ... show more
