The chair overall I give 4 stars. It was easy to assemble, and it provides the upper and lower back support that I need. However, the arm rests are positioned way too low. I am a petite person and I feel that either the factory got something wrong, or they think the average person's arms, can reach that far down to rest their arms. Overall it is a good starter chair, and then you can decide if you want fancy features and work your way up.

1.It is easy to assemble except the casters. You need to press the casters really hard to have it fit in the holes, and do not be afraid that the casters would fall apart when u push it. 2.When I try to sit on the back half of this chair, I find that I am going to slide down all the time. Overall, this chair is not bad. However, I think you could increase your budget a bit like 120 dollars to buy a much better chair.

The chair seat is firm, which I like. Shipping was also prompt and even arrived 2 days prior to estimated date. Upon delievery there were scuff marks on the legs and arm rests. The tubing was also coming out as well.

Was worried about the base not being heavy enough since it was made from sheet metal. But it turned out fine. Arm height is a little bit lower than most fixed arm chairs, which I prefer. Let's me rest my arms when I lean back, but when I'm working doesn't force my shoulders up or get in the way.

I am writing this review while sitting on the same chair. The wondering process and shipping time were very convenient. It arrived earlier than what was expected. Unpacking was usual for such a product. My teenage kids assembled the whole thing under my supervision and followed the supplied instructions. They finished the entire project in less than an hour. The best part is that the box came with extra parts, just in case something was missed or lost. Upon assembly, we found that the chair is well built and very comfortable. The lumbar support is very comfortable for those who plan to spend long hours on it. It took me only one or two tries to figure out all adjustments and I am happily using them since then.

For the price, this isn't a terrible chair, but don't expect this chair to provide Aeron levels of comfort. It's a basic surface that you can sit on. The mesh back is actually very comfortable, however, the seat itself isn't. I found that the seat is relatively shallow, and doesn't offer as much support as I'd like for my legs/thighs. For some reason, I feel like I'm constantly slipping forward in this chair. Perhaps it has to do with the angle and/or the relative flatness of the seat? (The seat isn't "bucket" shaped like you find on some high end office chairs or car seats - it's just a flat plank with some foam on it.) After sitting for 20-30 minutes of sitting, I'll notice my pants riding up on my crotch, requiring me to stand up and tug my pants down. Not super comfortable.

I've owned two of these chairs for a little over 6 months. The chairs themselves are an extremely good value. Metal parts where it counts; initially very comfortable! Basically, a no brainer for the cost. The only issue with the chair is that the foam used for the seat cushion is not very robust. I weigh 140lbs, within 2 months the cushion has deformed under where I usually sit and has left me sitting on a very thin compacted layer of foam. I wish the seat cushions could have been longer lasting, but for the price I can't complain much.
