Pros: This chair is has comfortable composition, I sit in it when I work at home for up to 10 hours a day with no issues. I love that the arm rest flip up, my office is not veyr large so being able to push the chair all the way under my desk is very useful. The sleek design in very attractive. It looks modern and clean. It appears to be a much more expensive chair than it is. All in all I think with this chair you get alot of bang for your buck. Lastly putting the chair together was a breeze, took no more than 20 minutes or so. Nicley packaged parts and great instructions. Cons: Though this chair does rock you can not lock it ina reclined position. Sitting for long periods at a time I prefer to lock my chair in a slightly back position to take the pressure off the tail bone. The sales area is not very clear on the "reclining" function of this chair. The arm rest mesh is very nice but a little rough. After using my chair for a couple weeks I feel its making my elbows a little scratch, but nothing terrible that should deter you from your purchase. Lastly the seat could have a littl more give to it, but I feel it will probably break in after it is used for a while. All that being said I feel this chair has been a really great purchase. I am happy with it! Alot of bang for thye buck.

The chair is very comfortable and I have no complaints about that whatsoever, but the main issue is the chair is a bit too small and I'm not even a tall person (5'9). The head rest sits on my shoulders when sitting upright or slouching a bit. If I was able to adjust the head rest so it could actually reach my head it would be a 5/5 stars. Overall, if you're thinking about getting a new chair, maybe it is best to go with a different option if the head rest is a deal breaker, but if you don't mind the head rest, then this is a great and comfortable chair.

This is a good looking office chair and has a good value given its price. It is easy to assemble, and the casters work well on my carpet floor. The amount of adjustment options available are not a lot, but enough for fitting my needs. I am able to sit comfortably on it for a whole day. Two little cons to highlight: the mesh fabric is a bit hard, so for people who have a sensitive skin, it may be something to consider. The armrests can only be up or flat. The height of it is not adjustable. In my case it is a bit too low, but I resolved both issues with memory foam armrest paddings I purchased separately. So I am pretty happy with the product overall.

Update - Their customer service resolved the issue, so I increased my rating based on their prompt service. So assembly wasn't too bad. The cushion is comfortable. The headrest couldnt be installed because one of the screws inside the back of the chair was not installed properly so the bolt couldnt reach the screw. I tried to turn the screw in by hand but it was impossible and I couldnt use any tool to turn it because it would damage the back of the chair. Now I have a useless headrest that I cant install. I could have returned it but I put everything together with the headrest being last, so it would be just a hassle taking it all apart and getting it back the box because of one piece.
