I overall love this chair. I wish the seat cushion was a tad bit more squishy, it is very firm, and with chronic tailbone pain due to an injury, I prefer a softer cushion and have found a plusher seat in a thinner chair. Though I wish the material was a tad more soft in feel, I LOVE THE COLOR of this chair and the quality is outstanding regardless. It was easy to put together, even when I thought there were no instructions (I found them later -oops)! I would highly recommend this chair. ONE piece I am going to find hard to overlook, is the neck rest lack of adjustments. It has a SMALL area of adjustment available but it isn’t enough for my particular taste, and I am not very tall. I have another chair which is similar but another brand, and it has a much larger adjustment range. This office chair is very comfortable and I like the range of colors that it comes in. It provides good support, I'm glad it can roll and the height can be adjusted etc. There is a wide seat and it is very comfortable but sturdy and won't cause you to sink into it. Very good for working at a desk. It can be a little difficult to figure out how to adjust the different parts or to remove the head rest if you want to, but those are good options as well. I am also happy that I got this chair on sale with a coupon! Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a cute yet functional and comfy office chair! ... show more

Awesome chair. Very comfortable for my usage. I like the headrest. Was very easy to use and the instructions was very easy to understand. Took me about 15 minutes to put together. Also has a QR code on the instructions documentation that takes you to a video of how to put the chair together. Feels good on my back and neck thus far. Wheels aren’t noisy or anything and they glide across the floor pretty smoothly. The only con I can think of is that it doesn’t recline like my old gaming chair but I stopped using reclining so I guess I don’t really miss that feature either way. Chair is very sleek, professional looking snd asethicallly easy on the eye. I bought my girlfriend the one without the headrest earlier this year and she loves it so it was an easy choice for me to get this one. Definitely recommend this chair. ... show more

For start, I am very impressed with the packaging of the parts. Every part was wrapped with care in various packing materials to prevent any damage during delivery. Instructions are easy to follow, no additional tools are needed, and it's pretty simple. I put the entire thing together myself and am very proud of it. It does take some time and patience so put aside at least half an hour to screw everything together. There are little covers to hide the screws so the chair looks clean. Very clean design altogether, looks very elegant. I got the pink and white one and it is stinkin' adorable. I love it so much. It helps with good back posture. I have a really bad back and after sitting in it for hours I feel no discomfort, which is all you need from a good desk chair. The head rest is perfectly placed and is very nice to rest your head and neck on. The free mode allows to slant the chair back when lounging and there's a lock mode for sitting in one place. It goes up and down by like half a foot which is more than most other chairs I have used. All in all I am so happy with it! ... show more

I chose this chair due to great design. I got the full black one. You do have to assemble the chair but direction was straight forward and all the screws were labeled as numbers in the blister packet. Allen wrench included. 30min max to put everything together. Anyways I order it because it has a foam seat and mesh back supports. I’ve had one that was all mesh and I could always feel the metal support under the seat and it was very uncomfortable. This one feels great! The back support is nice and the headrest is also a nice addition. Headrest is adjustable and definitely helps when you are reclining. Nice to rock back and forth w the head support on these chairs. Again the chair looks pretty stylish as well. If you had to spend ton of time in the chair working on your desk , I think you’ll be very happy with this one. This chair can be set pretty low to the ground for those who don’t have long legs. I bought the lower back version of this chair five months ago, have used it hard. I am impressed with its comfort and durability. I liked it so well I just bought the high back version to replace another chair. Time will tell if the high back version is preferable, though it is basically the same chair. Assembly was not difficult and instructions are excellent. As with the first chair, a large rubber mallet was needed to seat a couple of the castors, but not a big deal; better a tight fit than a loose one.
