Even before it arrived, received an email from the company with hints for assembly (probably based on those that may not read directions and had issues). Assembled in about 40 minutes while watching a tv show. Assembly Instructions is a booklet with labeled parts shown and pictures of each step needed - very well done in good English (if you know what I mean). Not attaching pics or video since some have done that, so I'll give my impression. Each set of parts is enclosed in plastic shells attached to a cardboard sheet that is easy to open. Even comes with a pair of knit white gloves and a hex tool (only tool needed) with a T handle (nice). Lumbar support is adjustable, as is height and tilting tension - has a lever to lock in when no tilting is desired (I'm a tilter and rocker so not needed). Arm rests are comfortable - hope the threading hold up over time, but they do have a 5 year warranty too on the chair. Quality of components seem good. Chair rolls nicely on tile - 5 casters are about 26 inch diameter for support I compared to warehouse stores and still think this is a better value (unless you want a large gaming chair maybe). I do my due diligence on everything and this is good - get it.

First, the chair itself: Lighter weight than the bulky chair we had been using and small enough for our home office, but substantial and very comfortable. Can be adjusted multiple ways for height and lumbar support. The green color fits so well in our room. We love it! Second, the company: Directions for assembling the chair were very clear, and extra parts were included. We did not need to contact the company for further help, but in several places (the box, instructions) the company emphasized they would help you with whatever you needed. We do not need a second chair, but if we did, we would buy this one again!

Very sturdy and comfortable. Easy to put together. Only complaint is that the back lumbar does not stay in position and slides down when you sit.

The media could not be loaded. There appear to be no negatives to this office chair! Purchased for my new work-from-home space and it is use approximately 6 hours per day. It is comfortable and supportive. I love the hidden lumbar support. It rotates and lifts smoothly and the armrests are adjustable. It was super easy and quick to put together with the included instruction book, hardware and tool. It looks a little overwhelming when first removed from the box but comes together without any stress. It took about 30-40 minutes to assemble and I am by no means handy with this type of project. The fabric is breathable and good quality and a true dark black in color. It looks great in my home. Do not hesitate--this is a great chair at an affordable price point.

Very comfortable. I love that the arms move up so that i can fit the chair completely under my ikea micke desk. Chair cushion is comfortable. The ability to lean back is nice. Arm rests are also comfortable. The pink is beautiful and vibrant. Easy to put together. Glides smoothly on my tiled floor. Heavy duty - my almost 300 lb 6’6” husband sits on it without fear of breaking it. It also moves up and down nicely.

I wish I could get this type of customer service for every item I purchase online. This company really knows what they are doing when it comes to customer service! 1) they contact you after your purchase to ensure there are no problems with your chair. 2) They respond to requests within 24 hours. 3) They stand behind their product; if there is a issue they resolve it quickly. My chair came together beautifully and it only took me an hour to put it together (all the tool you need are included along with gloves, which was a plus for me). I love the fact that I was able to match the chair to my office decor. the chair cylinder was short enough for me (I'm 5'4") and its comfortable (I sit in in for about 4 hours a day). I mentioning this because I read many reviews prior to purchasing online and one person mentioned the chair was too high. Regardless of what your issue may be, this company will do whatever it takes to make it right as many other reviews have stated. This company is the "Chick-fil-a" of the U.S. when it comes to customer service. If you are in need of an office chair, don't hesitate to purchase this chair. You may want to hurry before our president tariffs goes into effect (I think this chair ships from China). Currently, the price is right for this office chair.
