  • UPDATE : REVIEW AND CLARIFICATION OF INSTRUCTIONS AND SAFETY
Color: White
Overall, the chair is comfortable with a firm cushion and a good upper back for stability. The leg rest is easy to use and elevates your legs comfortably without placing too much stress on your heels (my calves were resting on the leg rest). The chair came with a Massager waist/lumbar pillow that was a surprise. It is connected via USB and it doesn't come with a charger, so I am not sure whether it would worked properly with a standard phone charger as the instructions didn't provide the necessary voltage. Since I am not planning on using it, i tuck the cable into the lumbar pillow pouch as instructed in the manual. The ergonomic racing chair design hugs the body nicely (5'9'' 210 lbs). The arm rest was a little too high for my liking and I wished it could be adjustable but it is not a hindrance. IMPORTANT OBSERVATION (UPDATE BELOW): However, I noticed some thing that would make this a faulty product. As shown in the pictures, I had included the manual and parts that came with the chair. I finished setting it up, but I noticed that the upper half of the chair is not secured properly to the bottom half as the screws do not tighten to the bottom half of the chair(1st pic). This is extremely dangerous as the upper half of the chair was flimsy and fell off easily with out pressure (Picture of my hand trying to keep the upper half in place). I looked at the parts and noticed there were no lock nuts or nuts that would secure the upper half to the bottom. I don't know whether this is by design or was a faulty product (3rd and 4th pic). I improvised the fix by buying 3 m8 1.25 lock nuts (5th and 6th pic) and securing both upper and bottom together. This is more secure and the weight is now on the lock nuts which will not twist out (7th). UPDATE/CLARIFICATION: After reading the questions on this product on this page, I found out that the manual vague indicated that I would need to slide the upper half of the chair into the slot of the bottom half (not fasten it on the outside) and this is what is intended to be (last pic when uploaded). This was definitely more secure and the screws will fasten it in place. The Manual wasn't clear enough to illustrate this and I would suggest the company to update this particular instruction. I ended up using the lock nuts anyways (lock nuts are optional) to further secure this and I tested this out with the angle lean and it worked well. Moreover, my back felt much more comfortable as the upper half is now more seamless with the bottom half. I would have given this a 3.5 star due to the safety reason and unclear instructions, but after reading the questions and testing it out, I will leave it at 4 or 4.5 stars due to the satisfaction of the product in spite of the instructions. I hope this review will helps others. ... show more

  • After 1 week, a screw fell off from the right arm rest...
Color: Red Chair
After a week a screw(50% of them!) fell off from the right arm rest. .:[Dislikes]:. 1. Armrests. They are held together by 2 screws/each. 2. Footrest. It seems like a gamble. I feel like if I use it(at all) -it has a chance to break. A very fragile footrest held on by just a few of screws. +DO NOT bend your legs and rest your feet on the footrest! (Knees pointed up.) I recommend gently placing your straight legs on it by resting the back of your calves on the footrest. Doing so this way feels like a whole lot less risk of a broken footrest. 3. Size. I got this chair for my 10 yr old gamer son. His first impression was, "Ughh, I thought it would be bigger. They look way bigger on YouTube." ... "Dad, did you get a kid sized one?" My son had the issue with the size- I did not. It actually seemed to fit me like a glove, especially when completely reclined & footrest out in use. I surprisingly enjoyed the size of this chair. .:[Likes]:. 1. Price. The price was very reasonable considering the costs of higher end chairs. After shopping a bit during the last hour, I was able to get an Easter Day 🐣 Sale + Free Shipping ($119-$130 range) 2. No Logo. Most of the copy/paste versions of these chairs had/have some type of logo branding embroidery on it. This can be O.K. but we were thrilled to find one plain with no logo on the headrest (or anywhere else we found) 3. Color. We had to discuss our options available with price, because not just adding a footrest adds to the price, but so can the color. If he wanted purple, then he would lose out on the footrest, because it would bump us out of a discount, or free shipping, etc. Overall we went with a RED Chair+Footrest Looking back now, I can honestly say I am happy with the purchase I made. P.S. --> The box/packaging was 1 plain black print box and looked like it came from a normal furniture factory store (no "Gamer" theme) -Which is really what I expected myself but I could tell my 10 year old son was a tad disappointed by the look of it. He thought they sent the wrong chair. P.S.S. --> Box is a bit heavy. Use Caution ⚠️ ... show more

  • No support bolts for the back of the chair
Color: White
Assembling this chair has been a nightmare. The way they decide to label each piece in the packaging was confusing to the point I was worried I'd sit in the chair afterwards and find out the hard way that I'd put the wrong screws in somewhere by being immediately dumped out of the chair. It was a pain to get the heavy top half to sit on the spoke of the chair after assembly without having the pressure piston shoot the bottom of the chair and knock it out of my grip. All that would have been fine, but in the back support there's three screws that are meant to attach the back of the chair to the seat. They didn't secure anything at all and were so loose the back of the chair would fall off before I even had the chance to lift it up after putting the screws in. If I hadn't had my own screws with bolts laying around to fix the chair with, I wouldn't have gotten the job done Now that it's finished it seems like a fine chair, but if I hadn't had my own pieces to finish this project it would have all been a waste of time It's beyond me why they wouldn't include three nuts to go on the back of the bolts to keep the chair from falling apart when you try to sit it up, let alone use it. ... show more

  • I'm constantly tripping over it, but he loves it
Color: White
Hubby doesn't game, but our oldest has a (much more expensive brand) gaming chair that is so comfortable it takes no time for the non-gaming sitter to kick back & fall asleep. So, nongamer decided he needed one, too. Our dining room is small, & I have to walk behind his big, dumb, rolly wheels to get to my seat, but when I sneak a turn in it when I'm working at the table, my butt doesn't go numb, & there are no hot spots or sore spots from where it digs somewhere in my back. Definitely recommend, even if it's going to take up 1/4 of the dang dining room & never be used for gaming. ... show more
