Office chairs are honestly the hardest to find a good one, and this one is a win! Some of the things I look for is how is the back support, cushion for my bum, and the cylinder for the chair lift. I am 190lb and 6ft and even though chairs make claims, I like that this chair is rated for 300lbs. One feature that I wasn't sure if I would like is the arm rest raise. But I have found this to be a great feature. I have a sit stand desk and sometimes the problem is that when the table goes into the low position the arms can get in the way. With this chair I am able to raise the arms up without any issues. The big question I had was if this would be easy to install. It literally took minutes. Possible the easiest chair to assemble and within minutes I was able to get to work. I can't reiterate this enough, the cushion is what makes this chair a game changer. It is nice and thick and makes it so easy to sit without feeling like my lower back will get in pain. ... show more

Great looking chair and super comfortable. Doesn’t put pressure on the back of my legs. I sit for 12 hours a day and my body doesn’t hurt after sitting in it all day. It also looks great with my desk. Definitely recommend this chair

My old chair felt a little better on the back and butt, but as it aged, the arm cushions completely died, leaving my arms feeling more worn the longer I used it. I was looking for a chair that gave me the chance to have chair arms with cushions when I needed them, but allowed me to flip them up for occasions when they weren't necessary. This is my first office chair with flip-up arms, and it's worked really well since I bought it! Assembly was easy to understand, didn't take very long, and had some surprising details that I wish other companies would do -- mostly the rubber screw caps instead of the plastic ones that wouldn't sit well and kept falling out on my old chair. It may not be as comfortable for long-term use with my lower body, but the arms being deployable does so much to make up for that. I don't have to worry about my arm support getting in the way, wearing down my elbows, or degrading faster due to forced use. It may not be a name-brand, but it gets the job done! There’s no way to get ahold of this company. I searched high and low for a customer service number. I needed to contact them because one of the chair arms arrived with a permanent deep arm indentation. I wanted the arm replaced. As for the assembly, on a scale of 1-5, 5 being extremely difficult, I would give it a 2. It was fairly easy. The directions however are not clear at all so utilizing the video and being intuitive goes a long way. I put it together by myself but having someone help, especially towards the end of the assembly where you need to attach the back to the arms, would be helpful so that it can be held in place. The chair is attractive and comfortable. It’s spacious too. I am not a big person, but still felt secure in it. This dented arm is irritating, but not enough for me to send it back. I didn’t notice the flaw initially until I was already 50% finished putting it together. If anything changes, regarding the comfort and longevity, I will update my review. UPDATE: The company reached out to me regarding this matter. I greatly appreciate that. Hopefully, they will put their contact information on their Amazon page for future customers. ... show more
