My Merrill's are no longer waterproof and the Sketchers "John Deere" heavy-duty boots were not available in my size, so when I saw the 4.3/5 overall rating of the ulogu Snow Boots/Insulated Waterproof Fur Lined Booties, for a damn good price, I decided to take a chance on these $40 boots. Best $40 I ever spent on footwear. Our winter so far in SW Michigan has been nasty and my retirement job as a driver for an auto auction company means I'm outside three days a week in the snow and cold. By double criss-crossing the laces at the top and making sure they cover the tongue, these babies have kept out the snow and cold and kept in the dryness and warmth, especially the last two days when we've been standing in 10- to 12-inches of snow, brushing off the vehicles that are going through the auction. No snow got in and, especially, my toes, which generally "seem" to be cold and wet even when they're not, never got cold. Or wet. And I haven't fallen yet, thanks to the good grip. I can't say enough about the quality and the price of my new boot(ies); my wife has even told me to stop bragging about them. Thank you, ulogu!!!

I am a women who wears a size 10 in women’s, so I was going to order a size 8 but they don’t offer this size so I ordered the 8.5. WRONG! My toe came right to the tip of the shoe with no room at all but I was pumped because the shoe was GORGEOUS and I knew I would reorder them because I LOVED the shoes! Very comfortable! No complaints! Had to send them back because they were too small—I ordered a size 9 and they fit perfectly, however, had to send that pair back because the right shoe had a nice scratch on it and maybe three dents. So, I reordered the same size and AGAIN, the right shoe had a couple dents on them, but not scratched. Since it was barely noticeable, I decided to keep the pair. I was still upset since two orders in a row, both left shoes were perfect and the right shoes were not!! Ughhhh! Regardless, I strongly recommend them, just go bigger on the size and hope the condition of your shoes are better than mines were though I really believe the shoes were damaged before they were shipped since both pairs had the exact same dents and were shipped separately! 🧐 Update: Finally tried the size 9 *with gym socks* and they were snug all the way around, no room at the toe/tip—sent them back and ordered a 10 since they don’t have a 9.5. The 10 fit perfectly with socks but unfortunately, AGAIN, the right-hand shoe had an issue with the stitching in one spot so that part of the shoe looked like there was an air bubble under the material; the left shoe was good. I was so pissed I was gonna give up but decided to try again. Requested a replacement and they are PERFECT! Glad I FINALLY got my happy ending! It was worth the hassle! Even with a thicker sock, I think I would still be okay. Strongly recommend!

UPDATE - ok I wore them for a full winter/wet spring and they are doing fine. They’ve even loosened up a bit as they conform to my feet. I’m very satisfied with these boots, they’ve been my secondary winter boot for when I don’t need a high boot for deeper snow. They’ve held up very well, are very warm and sturdy with good support and excellent for outdoor work. They also keep my feet dry which is very important. Many comments said they ran small but 13 was the largest they had so I took a chance. I was surprised by how warm they are, especially since they aren’t very thick. Also, I’ve only worn them a few times but the waterproof so far is excellent, even so I’ll be applying the beeswax soon. On the negative side, they are smaller than a normal 13 but not terrible, I wore them all day yesterday and I wasn’t in pain, only noticeable tightness. I figure the fur lining is part of it. I’m hoping they stretch out a bit as I wear them in. UPDATE - wore them an entire winter and they’re holding up great. Some have mentioned that the tongue is too short and I agree. I partially solved this by skipping the lacing of the 2nd highest holes until AFTER I’ve laced thru the top. This usually keeps the tongue under the lacing. Also - as far as ‘non-slip’ goes, is that ever true on ice? These are just normal stick-wise.

I was skeptical about buying these and wondered if they would be warm enough to wear on a dock that can get pretty cold below zero. I placed some 2 dollar insoles in them for comfort and I think they will work better than these 200.00 boots I have that didn’t keep my toes warm at all. I’m only going to be wearing these on days that are 15 degrees and colder. I wore them all day yesterday and they were very warm and very comfortable to have on. I would recommend a half size to a full size bigger for toe flexibility. I’m also going to be wearing some heated socks for when it gets below zero. I’m going to update how well they keep my feet warm and to what temperature I can feel the sting of cold toes. I’m pretty confident that these will work way better than my freezer boots and if so I’m going to buy more of these boots. They are also comfortable above the ankles which is a huge plus!

I never write reviews but felt I needed to on these. Super lightweight, its like wearing sneakers. Fur lining is real nice. Very comfy right out the box not all stiff like new shoes. Riding the back of the garbage truck at 50mph, 34 degrees, wet from raining all night and my feet were toasty warm. I go through shoes pretty fast with my work, and these feel like I'll get all winter with them. Normal use, im sure they will last a few years. I need to find these without the fur for summer time.. I really like these.

So far so good. I switched the shoelaces out but they seem to be waterproof but I’m heavy rain rain water seeps in. But they’re very warm. They do run large. I’m a 7.5 and they feel like an 8 even with thick socks. This does not make them uncomfortable. But they are very slippery. I’ve fallen in the rain and hurt my knee badly. I have to be careful when I walk in the rain as I’m constantly slipping.

These are the best winter boots I have ever owned. They are super comfortable and are the most insulated and hence warm boots on the market. I lent them to a relative for a weekend and they too raved about how nice and comfortable they are. I will be buying these boots again in the future when I need another pair.

I never write a bad review usually. But these shoe are not good at all. Many issues with it. But first about me! I usually walk super fast and my footing is ruff. But my shoes lasts 3/4 years least. This shoe is comfortable on the upper side fact! . Got super comfortable fur inside but the thing is you can not put this shoes on for long time. Cause these fur fetch up moist super fast and made my foot moisty even though my feets don’t sweat. 2nd problem started the 2nd day when I felt that the rubber sole under my left foot had broken in such a weird shape that it caused me back pain the whole night. Didnt wanted to wear it the third time but did anyway and these pictures says it all. The shoe looks cool but its bad design glued on a mediocre shoe with the cheapest rubber sole you can find. Wanna regret your decision or only for fashion purpose, try it! ** the amazon picture upload made my foot look smoother, but its horrible .”
