1. Easy to assemble. I enjoy assembling furniture and this was easy to put together the directions were clear and there were no pieces missing! 2. Very comfortable. I work from home and this chair is the best quality for price! 3. Visually pleasing design 4. Durable. Even with two overly affectionate cats who climb everything, the chair isn’t shredded. The big one climbs up the back but all there are are little pin pricks in the chair. It’s held together astoundingly well considering her size. 5. Bonus, rolls pretty well over carpet. I didn’t get a mat because I don’t care that much, but the chair rolls pretty easily over the carpet from my work desk to my personal desk.

Overall it's a far better quality chair than anything I could find locally. Especially for the price! There are a few small issues I've listed down below. *Instructions were hidden within plastic wrap and looked like trash. *Took about an hour to fully assemble. *Chair rolls really smoothly and fully supports me at 250 lbs. *Lifting the arm rests take a little effort. They obviously don't stay in place if you rest your arms on them. They also don't raise super high. *For some reason the lever to keep the chair from leaning way too far back doesn't stay in place. It comes loose and needs to be pushed back in every few days.

Prompted by positive reviews for this office chair, I purchased it in April 2021 after a lengthy search. I was impressed by its ample size and seemingly sturdy construction. Assembly was not a big problem, though having a few more hands would have helped. At first, I was happy with the chair. Have you ever had that "sinking feeling," believed you must be imagining things, then realized it was all too real? Well, I have. Quite recently the chair has begun to sink slowly while I am seated at my desk. I am tall (6'3") and large enough to need a sturdy and supportive chair, but not so tall or large as to exceed the stated limits of this chair. Nevertheless, I am being deliberately (and literally) let down by a sub-standard product. One might expect this kind of performance after years of use, but after only two months? Give me a break. My recommendation: spend your money elsewhere. Also be advised that Amazon lists this identical product under multiple brand names (and sells it for slightly different prices). In the time it has taken to write this review, the chair has lowered two inches. UPDATE JULY, 2021, Thank you to the customer service representatives of the company. They contacted me promptly about the issue and sent a replacement part. The chair is now working as it should, and I have upgraded the rating I initially gave the chair. I will post again if I experience any more issues, but right now the chair is as it should be, and my 'sinking feeling' is gone.

I am a very large man and as a large man I need a chair that wont break under me. I went ahead and ordered this chair since it seemed comfy enough and said it can support up to 400lbs. Setting it up was a pain, it connects the back and seat together via the arm bars and this is nearly impossible to do alone and should probably get someone to hold the back together to save some frustration. That aside, it was about a 30-45 minute job. Not terrible but not easy. As for the comfort, where it really matters, this chair is excellent! It is very wide and feels like I'm sitting on a nice comfy couch. I have nearly fell asleep on it before and everytime I leave work my girlfriend steals so she can use it. Now here's the downside, The gaslift died about a month after using. I messages the seller's store through Amazon and they immediately sent a replacement part and it came less than a week later. That is what brought this up from a 3/5 to 4/5. I currently have a coupling on the gas lift which stops it from sinking but not everyone wants to have to do but customer service may be able to help you like they did for me. Overall I'd say this is the best chair I have ever personally owned and I will likely buy another if this one gives out on me because its that comfy.

I rarely review products, but the reviews here were all over the board and I wanted to try to add some value points to those who read up on products obsessively (like me). The good: This is an extremely cushioning and wide chair. The back is tall enough for me at 6ft to feel it cushions my neck. You get a sturdy and comfy chair for less than 300 bucks. The bad: This is a mass produced product. I had to do a small amount of drilling out of one of the bolt holes on the chair because the form mould from the factory did not come out clean. Not enough for me to send it back. Again, this is a mass produced chair. That is why it is less than 300 bucks. Would I recommend this chair to tall and heavy people everywhere? Absolutely.

UPDATE: Customer Service reached out and they are sending me a new piston for my chair. I had repaired it with a piece of pipe to prevent the seat from adjusting at all but its pretty unforgiving on my back when I sit down so Im looking forward to trying the new piston and hoping it works. Will update after I get it and its installed. Added a tentative star just for customer service reading their reviews and reaching out. The chair looks good and is fairly comfortable but the lift has given out in about 3 months. Im well under the advertised weight limit and for this price point I really expected them to live up to their ads for at least a couple of years. It sinks all the way down to its lowest level and I end up with my knees above the seat level. Very disappointed.
