Unfortunately this chair is extremely difficult to put together. You'll need two people that's for sure. The instructions are completely wrong and in the wrong order as well. I had to look it up on YouTube to find out how to properly assemble it. However there are no videos for this specific chair that I have. Just look alike's. Because there's different parts even though the chairs look exactly the same. It's a shame really. Do not waste you're money on this chair unless you want to torture yourself for several hours. Now the chair is just lying in my home. I'm going to have to contact a relative or friend to help me out with it. However I don't have high hope's because the screws aren't simple to screw in as well. It's a nightmare.

Craftman's ship is very bad small whole on bottom of seat, wood on bottom is uneven like splintered wood, right arm rest shakey, screws not even cut even. after assembling it which is not the easiest the back of the chair is to small, probally not even the right part so its useless. Now i have to take it apart use my resources, (buy a box cause it wont all fit back in orginal box) dissemble it bout 2 hours of labor puting it together taking it apart ect. Is it the item or the seller is a question that i will never get an answer too, now leery bout buying stuff to assembly amazon should make the seller to disassemble just like there is an option to pay to get it assembled. Even tho i got a bad product amazon refunded me, and they came to pick it up on wrong day wasnt packed up for shipping they let me dispose of if with disassemble it and get resourses packing items witch cost me money. The seller also emailed me month later offering a $50 dollar credit to try to buy another product from them. Shows they care at least whether i do it im not sure, i think i should get name brand one homall or serta, not sure if i got a bad product or if the manufacturer is not so good, but the seller tried to make it right.
