I got a new desk to work from home and needed a new chair to go along with it. The light gray color is perfect and airy looking. So it doesn’t look like the chair is taking up a lot of space. It’s very sturdy and love the padded arms. The hight is perfect and can adjust as needed. The only thing I don’t like is the head rest section. I want to be able to tilt my head back but when I do it feels awkward. Perhaps it’s because I’m not tall IDK, but that’s the only con for me. Otherwise, great chair for a good price.

The chair is really comfortable, easy to assemble, love the color and I got it for a really good price after a long time looking for the right chair that wasn’t so expensive. I saw bad reviews here but I took the risk and ordered to see how it was. I mades sure it had free shipping and free returns so it could be easier to returned in case it wasn’t good! Overall I like this chair and would recommend it :)

The chair looks great and I love the headrest part and the rocking feature. It took about 2 hours to put together but wasn't too difficult. The chair is comfortable but not ideal for sitting in all day long. Cant adjust arm handles, back posture or lumbar support. Overall, good quality and good looking but not ergonomic enough.

I wish I could give half a star, because for reference I am 5'6 (180lbs). The chair is, when it is assembled, is exactly my height when I sit down. I thought it was going to be taller if that makes sense. Otherwise the reviews are right, it's very comfy for the price, the chair is the correct color, and the assembly was very simple (just had to follow the directions).

This was quite doable for 1 person to put together. Keep in mind when the bottom of the seat back needs to go in. All in all this is a nice chair for the money.

The chair arrived about two months ago. I really wanted to like the chair but it is very cheaply made. I'm not the biggest guy, I weigh about 160 pounds. One day as I was reclining in the chair it popped back and I was now being somewhat stabbed uncomfortably in the thigh. I took the handles apart and see that the screws INSIDE the actual chair cushion have popped out. I tried to screw them back in but the hole had run through. When I added some teflon and gorilla glue for safe measure it did last for about another 3 weeks. Once again however it popped out of place and no amount of me trying to fix it has helped since. The fact that I am average in size and have never been able to put full weight into my recline due to obstructions behind my desk, yet this chair still gave out in such a small amount of time leads me to believe that it is cheaply made. Im disappointed as I saw some positive reviews however I should have went with the questionable ones as well as my gut when it came to this product because it turned out to be a huge waste of money and effort. *UPDATE* Changing this review rating from a 1 to a 3 star. The seller reached out and offered to make it right either by replacing the part or giving a partial refund. Although it was out of the return window they did make an attempt to make things right which I appreciate. Although the product was a letdown, I am still satisfied with the customer service and recommended reaching out to the seller before anything.

While this chair looks comfortable, promising the buyer a comfortable experience and enough support for their bodies, it's actually a cheaply produced scam. The product proved to be unreliable after a few short months of moving into our office. Not only did the cushion for the arm rest suddenly fell off, but the wheels don't function properly, the headrest is also stiff and hard to adjust, and the fabric looks like a rushed, ugly patch job with only staples keeping it together. This product was disappointing in so many ways so be careful when you shop online and don't even bother wasting your money on this thing. Dealing with this purchase was not only inconvenient but also frustrating when other priorities took precedent. It would've been nice if even the little details would just work out.
